So. As you all know how smart I am, (ehehe ) today was again one of my smart actions. You know Tipp-ex, right? Correction fluid? That stuff people sniff and then die? Yeah. That.
Next to me there's a guy that loves, loves, loves Tipp-ex. When he doesn't write clearly, swoop, over goes the chemical substance. Well, I tried it too, but I rarely use it because I'm just too lazy to wait for it to dry
Anyway, going off topic. I didn't screw the top of my bottle correctly, so when trying to screw it on again, I spilled a lot on my hands but also the table and....my favorite pen ever. Now, if you're a stress chicken like me, you chew stuff. Chewing gum. Pencils. Pens. Even if they have correction fluid on it.
I can tell you, it tastes horrible. Feels like a hole is being burned through your tongue. And your throat's on fire. But apart from that you'll probably get a heart attack, since most correction fluids are highly toxic. Mine wasn't, but I only found out later.
Then the worst thing comes. After 4 hrs, your body says 'ehh, all those odd chemicals need to go out, out, out!'. And 'out' means, well... Reserve the toilet for a while. Also a headache and a flaming throat are normal. Dizziness is VERY bad however. When you drool, your senses don't function good enough anymore or you feel dizzy you could be poisoned.
Tips if you ever swallow correction fluid:
1: Drink milk. It helps with the metals in there and also relieves that throat a little.
2: If you write, do it on the toilet.
3: Spit it out if you can. Unless you realize it too late.
4: Don't worry. Even toxic fluid won't kill you if you have a proper immune system and didn't swallow too much.
5: Don't worry 'bout the headache. It's over soon.
Would this be an eligible reason not to finish...
