| Blog Subject: | Happy Birthday to You |
Today, the fourteenth of October, is my birthday my dear and adoring fans. My fifteenth. I have no idea why, but today I woke up feel refreshed and high on life. I'm not Spanish so I'm not having a large party or anything but, still, I wanted to dance and sing and never stop twirling. The day felt so bright and my outlook on life happier than ever. I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs out the bedroom window that it was my birthday with the same zeal a person would say that they were to wed. It wouldn't be gifts or events that made me happy, but the joy of life and the thankfulness I have to have lived this long. I could walk out the door and be struck by lightning, but today, I felt as if I could run on the rooftops, swing through trees, hop out the window and land on cars. Today, as a gift, I'll share this feeling with you. Jump for joy and touch the sky. If you can't quite reach, remember that the sky starts at the ground and feel accomplished. Dance and sing for no reason and forget your worries if only for a moment. I love you people and remember to love life, because the second you spite it, you may find yourself not living it anymore. As I'm twirling away, a large bounce in my steps, remember my words and let your day brighten, if only for a little while. |
