You will never know the depth of my love for the Abhorsen trilogy. Or more precisely, the first and second book. More precisely, the world around them. Oh my God, I et shivers thinking about it. Now, there's a place I'd like to roleplay in. I mean, really love the world in Mizahar- it's complexity and it's originality, but the Old Kingdom series is the first to actually made me want to live in a life that is not quite my own. That's not to say I'm a realist- I'm not, far from it. But, it made me just want to be part of it. Of all it's thrills, it's danger, it's beauty. Damn, son. Shivers.

Garth Nix just excelled in the first book. With flying colors. All the right things was there for the characters- a strong female protragonist that made you want to stand up a little straighter, a male character that made you want to squeal, a mysterious animal of unknown origins.... wonderful. And the world! Oh my God, it just fascinated me to no end. I loved it. So. Much. Why isn't there any decent Old Kingdom rp that lets me express this love? WHY?

The second book wasn't bad, enjoyable. Third book? Not so impressed. Lacked specific details. Some boring paragraphs. Sabriel was kickass though.

I hope my character, Miana, would turn out to be as badass as her.

Blogs...haven't seen these things in style since the 90's. But I could give this a shot

I'm a new player of Mizahar and a bit of a TTRPG maniac. Maybe I'll be able to find some people here who might want to play with me online, but that can be a discussion for another day. The main reason I wanted to start this up was to get to know the people around her better and to meet some the unique characters inhabiting this new world. Hopefully I'll stay committed to writing this little blurb every so often so that I'm up to date, and hopefully there will be people who want to read it.

So I've started off Nasilia's storyline with her missing mother. If a mod sees this entry, I'd love to set up a possible quest of some sorts to find her again IC and perhaps get to know the world of Mizahar better. The open ended nature of the conflict presents itself intentionally to be a place for others and myself to start my first story arc (and perhaps the story arcs of other people).

My next developmental step for Nasilia doesn't have to be after she finds her mother as it is quite possible she could have this happen to her while looking for her. I want her to get a gnosis mark from her god Veritas, which should be easy as her skill build will eventually go into the art of intelligence.

Attention all Poison Makers! I would love to meet your character ICly! >:)

I'm considering the idea of starting my adventure in Avaldas. There's a person who wanted to meet my character there, and since Kalinor and Avaldas are on the same continent, I can reason out that travel between the two points wouldn't be difficult.

In any case, I hope things go well, this has the potential to be a lot of fun!
