Oh, I’d really, really like to post, but this is one of those days when I just sit in front of the screen and do nothing useful or productive at all. Since that’s both annoying for me and the people I’m writing with, I usually get depressed. And today is special in more ways than one, because yesterday has been incredibly important for my personal development. I’ve realized something about myself. And discovering the truth is always painful. I’m in seventh form now (Warning: Austrian school system, meaning two years away from graduation), and there are two new subjects: Chemistry and Psychology/Philosophy. The latter is far more interesting for me since it deals with problems and craziness of people and personalities and lifestyles. I don’t really want to explain our school system, but psychology is taught as a required and optional subject. While the required deals with general information such as different branches (cognitive, emotions, learning, illnesses etc.), which is less interesting to the layman, the optional is more interesting because the teacher started with developmental psychology and doing a personality test. Once you’re through that test, you have scores in four categories. Of course they do overlap and change within someone’s personality as time goes by, but I’m pretty sure that what is written for my type describes me very well. Since I went on a shopping trip with my best friend yesterday, during which we usually talk a lot about ourselves and our relationship, I suddenly discovered my weaknesses and bad personality traits and nearly cried because of that awful feeling of helplessness. We had an argument, and after that she kept talking about ways to overcome the problem, then about a few problems of herself etc. I’ve always had trouble with telling people to just shut up – that’s one of my problems. I’m an incredibly nice person. But at the same time I easily slip into the trap of bearing annoying situations just because I... [ Continued ]

What makes Mazal different? by Mazal on July 14th, 2014, 4:38 pm
Aha it feels good to be back, I've got plenty of ambition and motivation to write again. It's been a while for me granted I've made a few attempts to come back but nothing ever really stuck with me ya know, like I have a habit of day dreaming of something magnificent then I put in the elbow grease to slap it together but somehow when the imagination makes it's way to paper and it becomes tangible its shine seems lackluster and I move forward onto the next thing. Only very few characters have ever held my interest, what makes Mazal special is that I'm free to enjoy something that I wasn't allowed to enjoy on another site. I make no mentions but if your a blue you know what I'm talking about, that place was a nightmare. About 4-5 years ago if I recall, I came up with a concept a goddess of pain suffering and torment. I put down the ground work, fiddled with the pieces and achieved the foundation of my project. Something neutral that could sit with the pantheons, but at any angle of any conflict had a chip on her shoulder because no matter for good or evil as it were someone always suffered . We'll I shouldn't have expected any less from them, the long story short version they ganged up on a pretty good player that had a PC that as a reader you absolutely hated. And I made the mistake of sticking up for him, but who who sends an army in the daylight to the noble district? I called bs on him, and he whined to his buddies that he was rubbing elbows with. When I returned however they cutely took over my project and snuffed me out of my idea when it was in the world forge, the only other incident out of numerous cases of plagiarism was a project for a special combat style I'm still miffed about lol. That and then the lets revamp this ploy, this was the very best in my opinion. where they would take an already finished piece of work scrawl down maybe a half paragraph of extra writing then scribble out the original authors name and slap there own on top of it. Anyway... [ Continued ]

I am sure everyone knows what animal abuse or even abuse in general. For those who may not know what it is I will explain it real quick; Animal abuse is the cruelty to animals done by humans, or forced another animal to attack another. An example would be dog fights or even cock/Chicken/Rooster Fights which I will explain in a moment. More narrowly, it can be harm for specific gain, such as killing animals for food or for fur, although opinions differ to the method of slaughter. It usually strives for inflicting harm for personal amusement or to fulfill animal depression impulses.Animal abuse is all over the world, there is no safe zone out there. It can be next door, down the street, upstairs, downstairs, across the country or where ever. How do you know the animal is being abused though? Some Signs of Animal Abuse (Not all apply with every single animal); 1. Observe the animals physical condition. Does he have a flea and tick infestation,... [ Continued ]
