Hi Folks!

I need a little help. I'm getting ready to put together a Cyphrus Codex that contains everything you'd want to know to RP in Cyphrus. I have the index, the regional map, and the linkmap done (or close to being so..). What I need is more material for the IC and OOC informational posts.

Much like the Kelvic writeup, it really helps if people could ask a few questions or talk about what you always wanted to know about Cyphrus. That will help me put together a bigger and better IC and OOC informational thread.

Grassland specific question. What kind of "grass" actually grows in the grasslands?

Aesthetic, I suppose, but I ponder that about every time I write there.

And, one more. How much communication do the cities actually have with one another (specifically Endrykas and Riverfall, of course)?

A specification on how much Riverfall knows about Webbing (which I assume is nill) would be neat too.

Okay.. questions begin now! How tall is the grass? Can I hide in it? How big is the Zith threat. I know everybody is afraid of glassbeaks, but aren't there a couple major Zith colonies in the grasslands? What sort of regular animals are out there? Deer? Rabbits? What can I expect to find if I go hunting? I want to know more about the tunnels and undergound stuff that is mentioned in the lore. The Zith (when they were human) hid underground during the Valterrian, and didn't the Endrykas do that too? How long does it take to cross the Sea of Grass. Are there any trees or woods anywhere, or is it really all just grass? Are there rivers or other sources of water? What are the different seasons like? Does it snow in winter? How hot is it during the summer? Um.. I guess that's all for now. I'm sure I can think of more random stuff later. If I do, I'll make sure to post them. The kelvic writeup turned out amazing, so I think it's really great you're doing this for Cyphrus.

My main question is about other sentient being in and around the Sea of Grass. I have heard vague descriptions of sort of barbarian-esque entities in the Sea. Are there any non-Drykas human settlements, nomadic or no? Or would barbarians more or less just be a group of slavers come to the Sea to grab themselves some living goods?
