513 Av Spring Day 91

The sunlight flew through slit, the opening of the four-person hut. The sand that covered his toes was thrown up when he had risen from his slumber. His elbow went into the ground with the back cracking immediately in a quick turn. Tidus soon got on his knees, his naked olive-skinned body was still clothed, but by the sunlight peaking through the hut. This blonde-haired man poked his head from the cloth around him as a 'house'. Looking out with Laviku-blue eyes at the small animal snares. He could see the crimson pouring out like the water several feet away from him that barely touched the structure of his hut. His cloak was tossed over his left shoulder and his right, reaching his muscular and sore arms into the holes of dirty cloth so he could clothe himself.

This was not the first time he was forced to hunt for his food, as if he was a poor man. Tidus rubbed his jawline and laughed at himself, chuckling and showing his pearl-white canines. His nostrils enflared like a dragon's own. The salty smell of the sea filling him with the spirit that made him look out towards the blue waters, hit with waves of seaweed. The overwash underneath the waters glittering as the sunspears hit it. Truly, he was already blessed as if he was a champion of Laviku to be able to witness this beauty. When the sticky substance, carmine-red and all, hit his toes, he was reminded of his duty. The thing that also reminded him of this food was his grumbling stomach.

The six feet tall figure of pure-muscle but no fighting experience whatsoever within the realm of the real had stumbled over onto the source of the seemingly never-ending flow of thick juices. His eyes widened, and within this same period of time his face immediately grew red. Down underneath him, he could see the head of the small animal he caught under him. His right knee dug into the sand as his fingers dug underneath the remains of the creature, that he had caught himself. "A damn mockery." A grumble escaped as this thought deepened into another deep wave of destructive thought. Now he had realized what happened. He analyzed the situation before with the easily left footprints in the sand that had not been washed away by the seas behind this crime scene. Thank Laviku it wasn't. Without these clues.. he could never just sit there and be angry. That is all he could do, the footprints dispersed within the region behind the trapped creature's head. He was left with barren sand and nothingness.

"What an idiot. I knew I should've set up another trap. That one should've been for any non-invited guests." The low sigh emanated from the depths of his esophagus and teeth, still gritted with anger. Inside, he was blowing up with rage! Great. Now he had to go elsewhere to get food, because he was starving..

This thought of foolishness and anger was overthrown when screams of almost complete torment reached his ears, causing them to ring. Still he was able to calculate the source within a quick and sharp turn that originated in power from the strong flick of his dirt-hit cloak's tail. His round oculars immediately locked upon the seas that were moving around with anger. Another foolish "Damn!" was found in the emptiness of his mind. He had been so caught up in his food choices that he had missed it -- A storm was brewing within the yonder above. The seas on the commands of Laviku moved about. In the midst of the dark oceans was the turning-about Navar ship. On the right side of the seas tied by ropes and hooked within the region of the two pointing rocks was his bottom-class, torn up, ancient Casinor.

His dagger rapier ripped from his side, moving from the sheath. He grasped the rope-line and moved the sharp, five foot blade above his head. The golden but rusted hilt shining within the midst of the sunlight waving down. The sword sliced downward, cutting through a rope. A grin expanded across his face, and he forgot about the serious situation at hand. So he continued to hack away, leaving only one rope. With this one he jumped up for an extra affect and more weight to hack away the rope. Cutting through it as he descended. In a quick turn he grasped the rope flicking to the ship, ascending into the wood.

His shoulder rippled with his cloth, and he landed on his right heel, twisting his ankle. Pain shot through his body, but he continued on. He let the sails up, and let the winds take care of the ship along with him continuing to turn the wheel outward with quickness. The ship moved into the waters as the prayer to Laviku expanded from his mind and shot into the depths of the gray-blue water. The waters underneath him carried him, sending his head knocking to the side of a wooden-pole. Stumbling to the right, moving at a acculturated movement to the ship in distress. Once he had gotten a mile away from the large beast of a ship, he descended into the water with a sheathed rapier at his side.

He could feel the waters rushing against him, underneath him the fish fled and creatures of Laviku with gills upon their sides spread out in fear of a newcomer, but still watch him with beady eyes from afar. The water pulsing around him as he put his feet and hands against the ship. Gaining momentum, and power. He pushed off as hard as he could, cracking some of the wood from the strength of him and plus the waters. His buoyancy seemed endless as he had come upon the water, now right next to the giant ship itself. His sword smashed after being unsheathed into the side, gaining strength in his sides and lifting himself up. The heel of his right boot hit the hilt and clicked, a leap also sending him on the side of the ship. He looked outward.. nothing but destruction.

Wood torn asunder and flames flying left and right about the ship. He shook his head, knowing he had no time to wonder how the ghastly flames appeared within the grasps of the wood. The right foot of his own clicked against the rail, and he searched the seas. His twisted ankle aching him, along with his heart. He could have sworn he heard a scream. Just as he doubted and cursed himself for coming out deep in the waters for a hallucination-made scream, he could see a head sticking out from the water. He gasped, and quickly descended with his hands at his side for speed in descendant. The waters pulse around him once more as he spiraled. Turning his head up to see the sinking body of the boy, grasping his side, wrapping his arm around the boys weak sides. He could feel bones poking out. His teeth gritted.

They were gritted even harder when he saw the large rope tangled around his ankle that stil pulsed from pain by a rookie mistake of landing upon his own ship. He struggled, and in his mind he did, too. He had two choices. He could leave the fool boy who obviously did not pay his respects to Laviku before leaving with the ship, or, he could risk his own life and save him. Again, his goodness took over. He grasped the rope and tugged with his left hand, and with his right he grasped his blade, having to let the boy go into the dark waters. His rapier cut through the rope after seconds of attempting to saw through its sandy-brown thick formation. As soon as this was done, he descended down, once more, he had to grasp the boy. Feeling the gasp explode from his mouth as he slammed his brachiums into his injured sides...
I will taste the blood on my lips, again.

513 Av Spring Day 91

The boy coughed up his water all into his face which was mixed with the human-body made flem. He wiped his wet cloak onto his face, sighing as the boy had awoken. He immediately shot up, but was hit in the chest by Tidus' right hand so he could descend back into the sand.

"S-sir"

"Boy, what're you doing out here by yourself?" His tongue slurred out with wrath, almost as much as Laviku had put out against this boy. The boy didn't speak, staring up into the blue eyes of Tidus. He already knew what happened, or thought. Probably accidentally setting sail within the sea after dismantling the ropes of his parents boat, which was EXTREMELY expensive in his eyes. He was tempted to steal it, but he didn't think Laviku or his followers would appreciate that -- Especially in HIS waters.

Tidus set the boy off with the last of his food, hare meat, and some droplets of water. He watched the body move out into the wilderness. He was afraid that he might have lost him for a second, which is why he continued on, following himself. Tidus could easily see he was wrong after a few miles, watching the boy move into the depths of the forest..

Tidus stopped many times to look down at the tracks of the boy with a sigh. The true hopes in him that if he followed him, he could find a city where he could buy a home. Of course, after taking up a job..

On the way he managed to find raw meat in the small satchel on his side he took with him soon seconds before he decided to foolishly follow him. Many hours, about eighty to ten, of continuous resting at a fire for a few minutes, finding berries to eat, and then going out to follow the foot prints. Night and morning followed throughout the great yonder above. Coughing. He had only four pieces of meat in his bag, but he continued to pluck the berries from the trees left and right.. A really meaningless, tiring traveling point, to what he just saw? Nyka. Barely noticing he was trailing up the walls mountains, following footprints, until he met the multitude of knights.

"Oh, brother.
I will taste the blood on my lips, again.

Hello there Tyrannus, I'm Eldritch, DS of Zeltiva.

I have noted several issues with this thread you have created, they will need to be corrected before you can continue this thread.

1. You are overplaying your skills here, if the sea were indeed as rough as you claim then your sailing and swimming skills are most certainly not enough to withstand such currents.

2. I am assuming that this is taking place in Matthews Bay, as that is the only large body of water that could be considered to be within the Zeltiva domain. There is not much rough sailing to be found there as the Bay itself is not surrounded on most sides by land.

3. I notice on your CS you say you are close to Riverfall, which is no where near Zeltiva so I would suggest you specify where you are or simply thread around that domain.

4. The year currently is 514 AV.

5. Your travel is waaaay too fast for getting to Nyka from Zeltiva. That type of journey would likely take at least thirty days and would be very difficult on a Casinor. You would need to account for this.

6. There are zero knights anywhere near Zeltiva or Nyka. The closest thing either has in regards to a policing force are The Wave Guard for Zeltiva, and the Monks of Nyka. The Syliran Knights have zero authority outside of Syliras and a group of them so far away from the city or Kabrin Road would be highly irregular and would need to be run by Radiant, DS of Syliras.

I suggest you take a good long read over the lores of the cities I have mentioned as well as the rules of the site in general. PM me once you have corrected all of these issues and I will remove this intervention. :)
