How long do you have to wait for your roleplay partner to reply before you can put it up for grading?

Well it really depends on whether they've been logging into the site or not. You should always PM your partner first asking what's up but if they don't reply to that PM and it doesn't seem like they've logged on in a while than you can submit your thread for grading.

Really, you can submit a thread for grading anytime, there's no hard rule to it, but if you submit a thread for grading and the player comes back they might be mad at you for not waiting on them. It's more an etiquette thing than a rule.
EDIT: Most cities require you to wait a month before submitting it.

Actually, in most cities, you are encouraged to wait a month to turn it in.

If they leave you hanging for one month without any notice whatsoever, then you can go ahead and submit it. :)
