Hello, everyone!

I figured I would take a quick break from reading up on the awesomely overwhelming amount of lore you guys have to quickly say hi!

I'm Jason, just like millions of other people (I would guess there's quite a few Jasons here already). Most people call me Jace, but I'm totally fine with being called by my character name as well, if that's easier. I've been forum roleplaying for thirteen years nearly, and have been big into pen and paper type stuff all that time as well: but I've never done something that combines the two the way that Mizahar does, so I'm really looking forward to that.

I've done a lot of science fiction writing in the past, but only a little bit of fantasy, so this is going to be a fun new(ish) experience for me. I'm really looking forward to the having a job and the earning experience for using your skills side of things: it's a side of roleplaying that I've never really been encouraged to write about before.

I'm still in the process of getting my character sorted out, but I'm looking forward to writing with (and getting to know) all of you soon!

I'm sure you'll enjoy it and, bearing in mind your previous role-play experience, will get into things quickly enough. In my experience, it's a great site, on a level that I haven't come across very often. Yes, the lore is very complex, but that makes it a very rich RPing experience so I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Anyway, although I'm not a great authority on anything, if you need any help, feel free to ask... though I would also suggest the Help Desk. That's where the people who really know their stuff are.
