AppearanceRace: Konti
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Birthday: 13, Spring, 492.
Birthplace: Konti Isle
Appearance: Everything about Frey's appearance is painstakingly crafted to hide the fact that he is Konti. His short, unkempt hair is dyed black and carelessly swept to the side. Blessed to lack the scales on his forehead that his brethren often possess, Frey's features are sharp and angular, giving him a fierce look despite his overall scrappy look. His pale grey eyes seem to be constantly scrutinizing the object of his curiosity. His visage might be described as boyish but charming, if not for the three ugly scars running from the bridge of his nose down his left jaw. Standing at a measly 5' 0", Frey tends to look somewhat underfed and scrawny as a weasel.
The webs on his hands have been removed and he is never seen without gloves on. To hide his scales, Frey dresses in long sleeves, trousers, and boots no matter how hot the season is, as well as a ratty blue scarf constantly wound around his neck like a ragged snake. What little chest he has is bound under his shirt. Clothes tend to be a size or two too large for him, and as such his overall appearance gives off the vibe of a street urchin. He walks with a slight limp on his left and is usually seen with a simple black cane.
To the average passerby or those unacquainted with the Konti, it is easy to pass Frey off as a human street rat of around 16. Those who are familiar with the Konti, however, would be able to discern Frey's actual race.
Character ConceptFray has strayed far from the mild mannerisms the Konti are known for. He had always been something of an odd duck during his time in the Konti Isle, being too rough in his play and emotionally maturing way later than his peers. He is a child at heart, enjoying pranks and creating mischief wherever he went. He has a mouth that tends to run away from him, and his tongue-in-cheek attitude towards everyone and anyone can be easily interpreted as disrespect. While his immaturity can be forgiven and even viewed affectionately while he was still a child, as Fray grew older he found himself increasingly out of place in Konti society.
He is a man at war with his own heritage, cursing his race for making his body in the wrong image. Now that he has left the White Isle to distance himself from the Konti and blend into the human crowd, Fray has developed a cautious outer shell when interacting with strangers. He might seem bitter at first with his snarky attitude and reserved stance, but those who earn his trust would find that he is still a child yet. Indeed, Fray is still considered a child by Konti standards, and there is a certain naivety left in him that still shows from time to time.
Through his gift and his ventures, Fray tends to be a jack of all trades and master of none, flitting from interest to interest without ever landing on one. The only consistent thing he loves are books.
