New year's are always interesting. There's a right ol' mix of emotions. Some may dread what lies ahead, others may fill their cups with goodwill and cheerful hope. Whatever you may expect of the coming year, I hope it turns out well for everyone. A Happy New Year, to everyone here. I second Gossamer- fill this book with all of your best and let the happiness flourish.

Mizahar-wise: let last year's grievances go, and embrace the future. Let new, exciting projects blossom. Water your stories with love and allow that spark to grow. Make friends with your writer's block and work with it instead. Don't be afraid, or timid.

very unrelated and if you don't mind me going a bit into religion (surface only, though!), i was at a sermon yesterday and the pastor mentioned 7 being the number of rest, and 17 being the number of victory

so may your 2017 be a year of accomplishments and good things and remember to rest and rejuvenate yourself!
