To learn a language to FLUENT --> A PC must spend a year immersed in the language in question. Threads in that year's time must demonstrate the struggle for understanding and learning. The requirements for conversational and poor must be met as well. The two threads exclusively used for language cannot be combined with other types of threads like job threads or skill gains in other aspects.


To learn a language to BASIC --> A PC must spend two seasons with EVERY thread having a PC mentioning the language struggle and learning and with two threads exclusively dedicated to learning the language. Those two dedicated threads must include practicing a PCs ability to gain vocabulary and work on putting those vocabulary words together into a reasonable understandable spoken communication. The two threads exclusively used for language cannot be combined with other types of threads like job threads or skill gains in other aspects.


To learn a language to POOR --> A PC must spend one season involved and which includes two threads devoted to learning the language exclusively and practicing a PCs ability to gain vocabulary. The two threads exclusively used for language cannot be combined with other types of threads like job threads or skill gains in other aspects.
