Linnaeus Appearance Race: Ethaefal Gender: Female Age: 0 Birthday: 2nd day of Fall, 517. Birthplace: Washed up near Lakeshore outside of Ravok. Appearance: During the daytime, Linnaeus is a human woman. She is thin with an angular, cat-like face. Her frame is small and she has little muscle mass, and she stands right at 5'6" tall. Her mortal eyes are a hazel hue, her skin pale, with long brown hair that reaches the middle of her back. At night, Linnaeus shifts from her mortal body into something more angelic, more graceful, more connected. In her Ethaefalean form--ruled by Leth--she is the color of cold marble, her long hair draped over her body in lustrous waves. From her temples, two thin horn-like features flow along the sides of her head, ending several inches after her ears. Her facial features are round and smooth, and her body seems to round off more, giving her a fuller look. She is the same height as she is in her daytime form, but she carries an air of confidence at night that seems to make her taller. Character Concept A newly fallen Ethaefal, Linnaeus is still coming to terms with the fact that she is no longer close to her Divine love, that she is once again mortal and living in a brutal world filled with barbaric customs. Her heart is filled with sorrow and longing, ever-aching for her Moon. She attempts to spend several hours a day in routine prayer, paying homage to Leth as often as she can. Linn is a quiet girl, deeply contemplative and curious. She keeps to herself, unsure of who to trust. Since falling, she has been attempting to acclimate to the various auras she's found herself able to perceive. Unsure of how she knows the craft, it is like a second nature for her, something she is trying to understand. Character History Before washing up along the Lakeshore, she walked the halls of Leth. When she fell to Mizahar, little memory remained of her previous life. She was a traveler of sorts, and she remembers long treks across vast lands, with the memory of divination rocks: small pink and blue and violet pebbles she carved with symbols and images, scattered across the floor or a table. She would decipher their meanings and messages for others, either out of love or for coin. Apparently in her past life she was somewhat skilled in Auraistics.
