The Diamond of Kalea is located on Kalea's extreme west coast and called as such because its completely made of a crystalline substance called Skyglass. Home of the Alvina of the Stars, cultural mecca of knowledge seekers, and rife with Ethaefal, this remote city shimmers with its own unique light.

{The New Arrival}

Postby Grek on November 3rd, 2012, 8:41 am

After a long day of exploration Kane and Grek slept curled up upon each other. Their furs warming each other throughout the night against the small fire as well. Suddenly Kane lifted up his head, his ears perked up and low growl in his throat. Grek slowly woke up and nuzzled Kane to see what was wrong.

"Something is headed our way." Kane spoke in Canine to Grek. With Great haste he shifted forms and put out the fire with only enough time to put on his pants and grab his bag. Kane looked up at Grek to give a command. He decided it would be better for Kane to stay at the camp.

Grek used his heightened sense of smell to find what was comming their way. It was bigger than a small animal but not nearly the size of a bear. The scent grew stronger, a human. Putting his game face on, Grek pulled his dagger out of his bag. Only a few more steps until the figure was in his line of view. It stared at him, moving around as if to figure out where to go. After shifting its positions it made a run for it.

Friend or foe, the curiosity drew him to chase after the human. Kane nearby, heard the fast footsteps and entered the chase as well. Only a few feet behind Grek.

"Wait!" Grek shouted before Kane gave out a howl. "Wait a minute! Stop!" He shifted through the trees and ragged rocks barefoot and shirtless, the scratches and cuts stopped phasing him as he caught up to the figure.
