Personality Traits Constant: Ambitious: Having grown up in a culture that values achievement, born to low status, where nobility run's even the crime, has left Khesas with a yearning for freedom to do what he wants. Coupled with the Eypharian mindset of the need to be the best at everything he does, means that he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. For now, he sets his sights on Sunberth, and he plans on making a name for himself there. He never wants to feel as powerless as he was made to feel in Ahnatep, the notion driving him to try and be the best fighter around. Ruthless: Life in the Pillars of Dust within Ahnatep taught him to be quick, and merciless. Those that weren't got pushed around, or worse, the Jackals caught up with them with brutal efficiency. Leave no witnesses was a common saying amongst the thugs of the Pillars. It has made him into a hard man, and one that will not hesitate to take out a threat to him, no matter its form. Situational: Clever: In the Pillars, if you lacked strength, or didn't think quick on your feet, you didn't breath for long. Not the strongest individual, Khesas kept alive in the Pillars through his wit and quick thinking. Always careful, he picked his fights well, often when he had a significant advantage over his opponents. Strike smart, and strike hard is his mentality, for that is the way you not only survive, but prosper. Secretive: Growing up the son of a Jackal, he learned quickly how to keep low and under the notice of others. There is also no trust to be found in the Pillars, everyone is only out for their own interests, making the need for stealth and tact in situations all the more necessary. As such he tends to go to great lengths to keep people from knowing about his private life, or his activities for that matter, and avoids getting close to anyone, viewing it as a weakness lesser men suffer from. |
