[Shiyami]

5th of Summer, 513AV, 20th Bell

Shiyami threw a dagger at the tree in front of him. With multiple daggers around his newfound target board, and several more scattered around him, is was rather obvious he was bored. His adoptive daughter Kimi, sat on a rock, to the side. She had a curious expression on her face, as she watched Shiyami continue to turn the tree into a spiky hedgehog of daggers. Pulling out another dagger from his large box full of daggers, Shiyami sighed. Boredom was starting to be mentally painful.

[Sei Tendo]

Sei roamed around in White Tiger form. It had been a lazy night. Sei had eaten, and was now walking it off. A mile away, Sei was hearing a loud thudding sound. It had to be a something. Curious, Sei stealthily moved closer to the sound. Who the hell would be up so late late at night? Besides myself that is... Sei wondered. It was the sound that sparked his curiosity. What was making it? More importantly, why? Sei traveled closer to sound, eventually finding and older boy throwing a dagger at a tree, and a younger girl looking at the older boy with amazement. Sei walked through the cluster of bushes he lie in and walked toward them. Sei looked around, seeing that the boy and the girl were alone. Sei growled lightly, not in an intimidating way, but more of a soft, playful growl. Sei rubbed against the tree the boy had been throwing darts at. Sei was trying his hardest to be playful, as not to scare them and get killed by a dagger.

[Shiyami]

Shiyami was the first to notice the cat -'Its tiger!'- approach the pair of ghosts. Sighing as he realized the tiger was not hostile, he stopped throwing his daggers at the trees, and sat down to watch the predictable tackle-hug from Kimi. He was not disappointed. Kimi, noticing the tiger as well, and seeing its playful nature, ran towards it, before jumping, and hugging the tiger...well, at the second try anyways. Her first try, she had to stop herself, to materialize, before attempting round two. "Kyaa~! Kitty~!", she squealed happily, while hugging the tiger. Shiyami, just continued to watch the two, with a smile on his face.

[Sei Tendo]

"Kyaa~ Kitty~" The younger girl said, before trying to hug Sei. Sei ignored the fact that she went through him, surprised to know he could actually act tame. Sei nuzzled the little ghosts-he hoped was a ghost-chin, careful not to put to much weight against her. Sei turned lightly from her out grasp and playfully tackled the girl. Nuzzling her face Sei stepped off roared nicely, and ran circles around her, occasionally jumping neatly over her head. Sei continued to play with the girl, using little strengh to play fight-with no biting-and wrestle the girl. Eventually Sei noticed that the older boy just stood and smiled, and had stopped throwing the dagger to watch the girl. Sei layed on the girl, allowing him to pet his back.

[Shiyami]

Kimi was squealing happily still, when the tiger laid down. Shiyami smiled at this moment. "If your expecting her to pet you, brace yourself.", he laughed a tad bit while saying so. Soon afterwards, Kimi didn't pet the tiger. No, she jumped onto its back, hugging it tightly from her new perch, laughing happily all the while.

Sei pounced around with the girl on his back. Sei rode her around, growling playfully, Sei jumped around. After a while Sei lay down, and licked his paws. Waiting for the younger girl to dismout, Sei growled and walked off. Trying to call them to him, Sei growled again an ran off.


Sei transformed and grabbed his bag. Putting on his clothes, Sei waited for the girl to come looking for him. Sei was curious about the two, and wanted to know why they were in tne forest alone. Setting up his tent, Sei sat alone and waited.

[Shiyami]

Pouting slightly when she had to get off the cat -It is a tiger! There is a difference!-, Kimi saw the tiger bound off. Shiyami sighed, as he knew exactly what Kimi wanted to do. Picking up his dagger, and replacing it inside the box, he floated the box beside him, before walking. "You wanted to follow, right?", he asked, without even turning his head to look back. He knew he was right, and he was not disappointed.

As the pair of ghosts made it to the area that the tiger had ran off too, they both saw it as a man with long, ruffled hair, of a dark color. They may be seeing the same person, but the two ghosts had different reactions. One had an expression of 'So that is what it is!' on their face, while the other had an expression of 'Who are you, and where did the kitty go?' On the letters face. Anyone who has met these two ghosts, even for a chime, would probably know which did what.

Sei stood and smiled, the facial expressions were enough to know. "I'm the kitty... Er, cat. I'm a white tiger Kelvic." Sei explained, flashing his catlike eyes, and giving a toothy grin. Sei had enjoyed playing with the little ghost, but was curios to know why they we're out so late. "So what are you two doing out so late? Don't you know it's dangerous here?" Sei said, not waiting for an answer.


Sei paced around, not sure what to do. He could always escort them to the exit, scold them, and push them on their way. But that wouldn't help at all. They'd probably just come back even later. Sei stopped pacing to look at the ghostly pair. Just to ease the tension, Sei spoke. "Sorry, but what are your names? Before you ask, my name is Sei." He said with a small smile, and a brief bow.

[Shiyami]

"So what are you two doing out so late? Don't you know it's dangerous here?"

Both Shiyami and Kimi just looked at each other for several seconds, before laughing heartily. "Dangerous? Nah, I think it is rather peaceful still!", Shiyami managed to speak, before laughing again. All Kimi could do, was nod, all the while laughing. Their laughs weren't forced eitehr. No, they genuinely found the aspect of themselves in danger rather funny.

"Sorry, but what are your names? Before you ask, my name is Sei."

Finally their laughing stop, Shiyami realized that the tiger -er, person- had introduced himself as Sei. "Ah~! I'm Kimi, and he is Shiyami!", Kimi called out with a cheerful voice.

Sei laughed, realizing how silly it was for a ghost to find something dangerous."Ah~! I'm Kimi, and he's Shiyami!" The girl called happily. Sei smiled. This was enjoyable. Sei was actually enjoying talking to the young ghosts. "Heh. I guess Dangerous is a very silly word for two young Ghosts such as yourselves."Sei said. Sei looked them over with his catlike eyes. Yeah Sei had known the whole time. These two were ghost, but he didn't care. Sei was still curious though. Did they have somewhere to be? Where they just wandering? All these questions danced in his head.
