Her hair is an ashy black, on the borderline of grey and is stark against her pale skin and dull gold eyes. The lucky offspring of a two Symenestra, she bares a very pureblooded set of features. A sharp nose but otherwise softer edges, Senma is the picture of a youthful Symenestra beauty. The only flaw is a ragged, grotesque scar at her lower abdomen. Character Concept Senma left for a Harvest one year and never came back. She's heard from subsequent pilgrims that they had her funeral a few winters ago. After a few little bribes here and there to keep them quiet, Senma set about looking for work in Kenash. As a Symenestra, she sees no moral problem with slavery, as it is a minor practice in Kalinor in terms of kidnapped mothers. It is a matter of property in this case and has nothing to do with blood purity or kidnapping, even, and thus she finds it a very humane concept. As one of the most feared races in Mizahar, she figures it won't be difficult to build a repuatation in Kenash. Character History When Senmana was born, there was a bit of a celebration, as her Symenestra mother had survived the birth. A beautiful young woman, she received plenty of attention from her peers and potential suitors. She was a Moth two consecutive years and became very used to attention. She joined her cousin Amani on a Harvest at the age of 15 and generally had no issue with it. She brought back other races for Gleanings and when it came time for her first true Harvest she was not nervous. Senmana had training -- experience! Of course everything would be fine. At least, it was until the Inarta she attempted to abduct ended up sticking two daggers into Senmana's gut. She no longer had the drive to be accepted, having lost part of her that she'd valued greatly. She saw herself as a failure and stopped thinking of herself as Senmana, shortening her name to Senma, like the derogatory two-syllabic names of her kind's half-blooded. So she hitched a ride in a passing trade caravan, assisting in protecting the cargo in exchange for supplies and shelter on her way to their destination: Kenash.
