A couple things: First, with a 5,000 gm debt, you would not be able to repay it in the 2 years that you are given to do so. Based on your current plan, you will only be making 4,380 gm over the course of 2 years and that does not include the cost of maintaining your living expenses. You may want to consider removing the store and reducing the quality of your bath. You can always remodel and upgrade later once you have increased your skill level, increased your wage and reduced your debt. If you are only selling a bit of soap and/or lotion, you don't need a full storefront to do that.
