Character ConceptENFP
Ti is an inquisitive and energetic individual. This can cause him to come off as childish and naive. His curiosity drives a deep passion for information and will devote his entire self in the pursuit of knowledge. He can work without tiring for longer than others.
He is a firm believer in the goodness of other people and wants others to believe in his goodness just as deeply. Much of what Ti does is in the interest of social gain.
If someone were to talk to him, the first thing one would notice is how eager he is to befriend him or her. Being sociable is important to Ti. Company is always better than isolation. A party is always better than company. He approaches others open and generous, even to the point of open-handedness. Undoubtedly, an urge to please motivates this Myrian. An urge to impress also plagues his mind. Materialism and vanity is an important component to this urge.
His moral compass is strange, but firm.
-Family above all. However, family is an elastic term and means different things in different situations. Sometimes family is blood, but sometimes family is his friends. Family is Myri and all her children. Outside of Falyndar, Family can be the social order he is a part of, or any sentient person who isn’t hostile to him. Family is who he depends on and who depends on him for the good of both parties. Family never includes Dhani, Nuit, or Charoda.
No Myrian is a stranger to violence, and Ti is no exception. Regarding combat, Ti has been lightly seasoned. He finds a rush in satisfying his bloodlust when the opportunity presents itself. He has little problem taking the lives of other people, when it comes to protecting himself, his things, and people he considers his own.
Character HistoryTi's was born in Taloba, to ‘Ohi and Ta’a, his mother and father respectively. His family was considered a blessing from Myri by his clan, for he had two sisters (a valuable rarity among the Dancing Dead), both of whom were older than him. He also has a half-sister and a half-brother.
Growing up, Ti play fought with other children. His weapon of choice was the spear. He spent most of his childhood learning the trade of his people. Under the supervision of his family, he learned how express himself and his people through dance to the booming sound of a drum. He also learned how to play the drum himself. Dance was always his priority though. He spent his adolescent year pushing his art form and developed a strong potential for physical prowess.
When Ti turned 16, he completed his Coming of Age Trial. Due to the small nature of his clan, it was a significant occasion, as it didn't happen often. To celebrate, Ti's family and kin went to spend time in the land of their ancestors, outside of Taloba, in the Falyndarian lands closest to Black Rock. The first night of their celebration, they were attacked by a small pack of
Akila Hounds, or more so, Ti's eldest sister, Ta, was. Ti's family and kin were numerous enough to fend off the animals. The hounds did not take Ta, but Dira laid claim to her nonetheless.
The loss of Ta was devastating to Ti and his family. ‘Ohi was broken by it. The matriarch decided that she and her family could not live in Taloba anymore and decided that her and her family’s part in Myri’s plan was outside of the city. Sometimes she would leave Falyndar all together. She only returned to the city when needed, for supplies and other necessities.
Two years took it’s toll on the family. Ti grew weary of his family’s inability to communicate. It grew toxic and unhealthy. Depression plagued every family member. After seasons of debating, he decided to leave. At Syka, boats bringing outsiders to Falyndar from Riverfall brought this child of Falyndar to Riverfall.
