So. it was actually a pretty decent day. The sky wasn't raining men, or frogs...or sandwiches, even though I wouldn't mind the third option. Note to self, eat something when finishing. Anyways. OH MY GOD IT'S A NARWHAL!

Some time ago, when I was asleep, I had a vision. it was a vision about a gallant knight, who served his king with respect, and loyalty. So, once day, this knight, whom I will name Sir I-got-no-name-but-I-look-hot-a-lot. Or, Bob, on short. Well, Bob was walking around a feud of his, minding his own business, when suddenly a GIANT DRAGON CRASHED DOWN ON THE TOWN HALL. The peasants, (Also known as the angry mob with torches and pitchforks ) were frozen in terror, as the major died horribly in the accident. They also report that there were 7 injuries, and from there, 5 ended with death. Anyways, sir Bob, being a good knight and all, went to the dragon, and said that he should fly away before he would draw his sword and make delicious dragon kabob from it. BUT, as we all know, dragons are those major badasses in each movie. Like the one where the dragon had sun glasses and spoke with a Jamaican ascent. No? Nobody? ...WELL FINE.

ANYWAYS, the dragon, being awesome and stuff, stood up, and fucking ate that motherfuc- Oh wait, I'm not Samuel Jackson, am I? Sadly. Well, the dragon ate the knight Bob, and he died. Well, the whole town was sad and stuff, and decided they will do what every medical angry mob with torches and pitchforks would do. Can you guess? Yeah. They took an RPG and killed the dragon with style....

I hate to say it but...I've found that the chat is nearly unusable for me. My laptop doesn't play well with it, but it doesn't play well with much, and the internet on my desktop is unreliable at best. It starts flailing around wildly whenever I try to connect. My only reliable option is to commandeer my husband's laptop, but that only works so long as he is at work, which technically means I'm supposed to be working. Not that I am right now.

Scratch all that, I figured out that I just need to switch to Internet explorer, which I hate, but if I only have to use it for chat then I think I'll survive.

So yeah, my character sheet may be up, but I'm still working on it. Very intently in fact. Due to the nature of my character, and the fact that I have a particular vision for her, I've decided to learn as much about slavery in Mizahar as possible since it's highly probable that she fell victim to it. There are plenty of references to slavers and slaves, but not much that you can really sink your teeth into, unless you're enslaved to a Zith. This fact is completely understandable given the already enormous amount of information as well as the fact that the knowledge base is still largely under construction.

So I've begun compiling my own notes on slavery which currently span 5 pages, including a basic analysis on each race's potential for being or having slaves. So far the results are obvious to anyone who is familiar with the world, which isn't the case for anyone new. Here's what I've learned so far.

Almost any race can be enslaved, though in some cases you'd have to be thoroughly daft to make such an attempt. Meanwhile there are only four races that would keep slaves on a large scale (Humans, Zith, Eypharians, and Dhana). While the first three have specific mentions of slavery in their lore, the Dhana possibility is gleaned from the unofficial...

So. As at least a few of you know, I've been 100% banned from AJAX chat. This, however, is not a whiny little bitch-essay begging to be let back in. I don't roll like that, ya dig? This is, however, me ranting about how dumb I think it is, and then the things that were said about me afterwards.

Let's see now.. It was probably around September 5th or so. I was in chat, and there was a newbie and some plenty older members. Said newbie asked a question about the prerequisites for a skill, I think it was blacksmithing or weaponsmithing. Either way, I listed the skills that were in the "Prerequisites and Related Skills" section of the lore for said skill, and said that it was in the lore. (hold on to this tidbit, you'll need it.)

Anyway, that is, I guess, the most disrespectful thing EVAR since Jilitse decided to put me down like a moron, telling me that I should leave these things for more experienced players(mind you, I've been roleplaying and playing table-tops for nigh on 5 years now), and that I should shut my mouth. Now, I do believe this breaks a rule about respecting other players in chat, but I'm not one to bitch to the admins over something so petty. So I told her not to patronize me, and I did use plenty adult language.

Right, so, the next part comes here. Someone was talking about current bills being ready to be passed and how bogus they were. I mentioned the ACTA Treaty and how it seemed to have a republican agenda:

Hey everyone, been busy with school lately seeing as it's the second semester and all, I've really got to buckle down and concentrate. 2 more semesters after this one and then I'll be home free!!! till college, that is.

I'm hopefully going to have more time to role play on here and that'll mean more of Amaya in Riverfall!!
