Small update by John Vicari on September 2nd, 2010, 8:02 pm
Just a small update but my friend is doing better. Few days ago he snapped out of the small coma and started talking, at first just the word No but a day later he started with other words and now has his mind back.
Still in the ICU but will be for awhile until Doctors find more out. He may or may not have cancer and if he does they are giving him a year at most.
>.> Then again doctors are idiots in the time span in my view so we will see.

Over a Month by Ayla on September 22nd, 2009, 8:43 am
So, I've been around Mizahar for over a month. I've had my stops and starts, definately with Ayla, but my other character Voco has found his stride, however short it might be(Get it? Cause he's only 5" tall? Arent I funny?).
I've definately had one problem so far with both characters however. Playing with other PCs. While Voco doesnt yet have a thread involving anyone else, it sorta fits his character for the time being. He's trying to learn what happened to him, who he is, and why he knows what he knows.
Ayla however, has had some unfortunate luck. Her thread with Adalaine and Ursus has simply died. Just caput. Haven't seen either of them on for some time. While I understand that real-life is important and takes precedence, it is atleast nice to send a courtesy PM explaining things. So, instead of letting that thread resolve like I would have wanted to, it is sitting where it is and Ayla has ventured forth towards Syliras. Atleast there she is finding someone to play with, considering Jen has promised to come and play with her, and drag Abashi along. Should be fun times, considering Ayla has no damn idea what a Kelvic is. I'm not sure if she will be frightened beyond all else, or incredibly fascinated and want to pet Nya. Either way, it will be fun.
One problem I forsee Voco having, is the simple fact that he is a Wizard, with a capital W. There are not many other Wizards running around, the only one that I know of is Syfec, and he's up in Syliras(not to mention dealing with his position as AS in the same city). So, I either need to find a non-magicky character that is willing to get involved with magic threads, or a reason for my little Pycon to get involved with something that isnt directly related to magic.
All in all, I'm very happy with my time in Mizahar so far. And as always, much props goes out to the Mods. Tarot, Liminal, Goss, Cayenne, Gillar, Colombina, you all make the world of Mizahar go 'round.

(Blog Subject) Episode two, Attack of the Blogs by Alron on September 24th, 2010, 5:47 pm
Star Wars refence for the win! No I haven't watched any star wars movies recently, just felt like making my title more interesting by stealing the title of a famous movie and tweaking it. Anyway, I've decided to grace the citizens of Mizahar (that's you!) with another peak into my (that's me!) mind. So my mom got this creepy little stuffed, lemur, thing (If you have ever seen Madagascar, think the little hyper active one that worships King Julian (can't rember his name (Wait, did I seriously just put parenthesis inside parenthesis inside parenthesis? Wow I hope I didn't break the internet or something (Last time I nearly broke the internet was when I searched google for google, then divided by zero (DANGIT, THATS FIVE PARETHESIS STOP IT ME! (Yes, I tend to yell at myself via breaking myself into little "me"s and having them yell at eachother, fun no? (You know what? I give up! Go on, break the internet with a series of seven parethesis all rolled into one! See if I care! (Eight (SHUT UP! (And this makes ten (... (Twelve (I hate you all...))))))))))))) and it's white and has these really big bug eyes and it is sitting on the vase next to the computer, just, staring at me, no, staring through me, into my soul . Blatant paranoia (is that how you spell that? I'm to lazy to spell check. don't worry, just one set of parenthesis this time) aside someone -cough cough- Akiva!-cough hack wheeze sputter- in chat got me thinking about my kitty today so now I need to find my camera and post a picture of him so you may see how EVIL he is... Unfortunately, I can't find the cord to connect the camera to the computer, but if I do... Anyway, ominus feline overtones aside, I've been trying to think of... something to say. Not really, I've just been thinking of what to put into my next threads, but not alot of luck so far... I could have swore Goss mentioned wanting to rp together a while back,... [ Continued ]

Whoops by Drask on June 2nd, 2011, 4:58 am
Well, I had hoped to post another entry yesterday, but it turns out I got a little too busy. Sorry about that folks. What a great way to start off a weekly blog: late. Aaaaanyways, I guess it's better late than never. Last Wednesday was my last day of school as a Sophomore, which I hear is earlier than most public schools let out. Finals were a bit tricky, but eh. My only worry was Algebra II, cuz that class is NOT easy. Regardless I managed to make an 83 on it which I guess is an okay grade, but I would have preferred an A. That just means I need to study more T_T. The only other exam I made a B on was Biology. I've really got no excuse for that one, I just got lazy. If I had just taken the extra credit... oh well. Managed to pull off an A average in all my classes EXCEPT Spanish II (an 89.73). Thursday and Friday were meh days. I was still trying to figure out what I was going to do for summer break since I had a weekend job puncturing holes in my schedule, which prevented me from going to a camp or on vacation. So I did the next best thing: got a second job. Well, not yet anyways. Got a strong "maybe" from our local Subway and Burger King. Got a good feeling about them. Oh yeah, I guess I should have told you guys earlier: I work at Six Flags. Yup! I'm the guy who sells the flashy light-up swords. It's kind of a boring job, but you get used to it after a while. Saturday I worked. Nuff said Sunday I decided to go out and do something. So I watched Battle L.A., and soon regretted it. Ugh, where do I begin. [ Continued ]
