I was thinking of creating an Avatar/NPC Pool for storytellers and new players wanting/needing Akalak avatars and not wanting to bother anyone to ask them to color one... to use. I have about forty done so far that people could pick from all ready to upload. Do you guys think this would be a good feature for RF? I'm trying to figure out how to make Akalak pc's more playable. I was even thinking of creating a character generator for them to help decide on personalities using our chat function dice rolls.

Just some ideas. What do you guys think?

PS. Riverfall is awesome!

Great idea! Messing around to get an avatar was the most annoying part of making an Akkie. You get rid of that irritation and I'm sure players will find it much easier to jump right in. I like it.

Welcome all the new folks! I usually send out welcome PM's but this last week has been absolute hell and I'm still playing catchup from it this week. If you need anything don't hesitate to talk to myself or Indigo. Please feel free to post open threads and in shops and businesses or look for a job in the appropriate places. We'll definitely hit you up for some moderation. I just need to get a little caught up.

I promised this a little while ago to the folks here. It's an NPC and Avatar library of both Akalaks and other sorts of Avatars that are available for use in Riverfall for folks that don't like picture hunting. I'll keep it filled up but you need to let me know when you utilize something so I can take it out of the pool. It's hosted on Photobucket but please don't hotlink from there, upload the images to your own account here! Please use these for RF only (no poaching other lazy folks buliding NPCs elsewhere!) or PCs starting in RF. I just used photobucket because I could mass upload.

These albums are in the OOC Players Guide too.

I looove that you found so many avas of every type!!

You missed the race Charoda however--I only mention this as Liandra will be counting herself among the Riverfall people soon.

The part about Business Ownership is fantastic. It's something I think my PC would love to do, one person has already asked about it and it's a great idea all around!

Your explanation and links for magic are great! Thank you for adding that important set of links! It's convenient and self explanatory. I gotta say--damn good job on that OOC guide! I really could've used that when making my PC!!
