Kelvic Living Expenses

I gotta think this is in Q&A somewhere but I can't turn it up.

If a Kelvic is living with his bond mate, would he still deduct seasonal expenses? If not, does the bond mate get dinged extra for providing for the Kelvic?

Its up to each pc to cover their living expenses unless you're a slave...then the owner fronts the cost. Great question.
