Hey there. I seemed to have stumbled upon this lovely RP site in the hopes of finding people I can write creatively with.

My typical forum name is FreeTheBalloons, but it seems that on here it has to be the name of my charrie which is TerraAster (Terra for short). Call me by either if you wish. =)

I do have a few questions.

Firstly, how do I begin? I've read through the Starting Guide and am still feeling a but lost.

Secondly, where can I find the Character Sheet Forum? (If someone could post a link, that would be wonderful.)

Lastly, is there any advice that may be beneficial to new players?

Welcome to Mizahar, Terra! I know we all feel overwhelmed at the start and anyone who says they aren't are probably lying or are failing to read eveything. There is a LOT to read. My main piece of advice? Read. ALL OF IT. I know that sounds like a lot but read everything that might pertain to you. In fact, even read some stuff that may not pertain to you! Reading is the key to success.

Now, to begin, you simply need to post. Once you get those first posts down, it just gets easier. Do not procrastinate just because you are scared. That'll only make things worse! Just keep in mind your length (check your starting city requirements for posting length) and write as best as you can! People will respond, I promise.

As for the character sheet forum, someone needs to fix the link in the lore. (Hint hint

any and all with Wiki-Editting Rights!!!) The real link is here:http://www.mizahar.com/forums/character-sheets-f37.html. Post your character sheet here and don't be scared if they intervene because chances are, you'll get a little something wrong. But all the staff is very nice and forgiving about these things so have no fear!

That's it! That's how you get started! If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, the staff, or anyone because we are all very nice here and intelligent (a built-in, safety created by the massive amount of reading and writing one must do on this site!). Keep calm and write on!

I think my plan is to look through some of the active threads and get a feel for how things are done. In IC as well as OOC.

Welcome to Mizahar! I think Kanri was spot on there

Just a note, you'll need to put a space in your characters name, as I presume Terra and Aster are two separate names. You can change that in your profile settings. My advice to get started once you have your Character Sheet is to make an "Open" thread (you can tag it as open) and see who jumps in and roleplays with you! Have fun!
