(( I'd have posted this earlier, but my Internet was acting up. I saved it in a text for this moment. ))
Hey - before I get started, the last thing to assume about me is gender based on the handle I used. That's merely to reflect a (male, like myself) human character I'm going to make later.
I decide, since I've had a renewed interest in forum RPing (which eliminates me being totally new to forum RPing) and I desired something familiar/different (which here means a consistent play-by-post setting, which I've no experience with), I'd use Google to *help* me look for a nice spot. Now, some time after my original search, guess what I find? A setting that doesn't draw off of a long-running list of cliches (and bends them if it does), especially as established by D&D/Tolkien-esque settings. I've read up a bit on setting information and lore before creating this account, which I'll worry about customizing later because I'm eager to write up a character sheet and such, having already come up with my character concept before even signing up.
All I hope to do here is enjoy what Mizahar has to offer and see if I have anything to offer.
... Also, I'd ask of you to refer to me as "Cole," "Vicdor," or even "CV," just not "Colette." That would be a favor to myself, since the actual me neither bears a feminine name nor am I female myself.
To make a short story shorter:
I'm new and eager to get started. Howdy-do.
