Can Eths with earthbound dhani forms change?

So the question came up in chat and Radiant (being a good moderator) gave us the link to the lore so that we could read it for ourselves. It didn't mention anything about Eth Dhani. So... the question goes here. Can Eths with dhani earthboumd forms, shift? If they can, how long does it take them to master shifting from the three different forms?

I don't know for sure, but from what I understand of the Ethaefal race, I don't think a Dhani seeming would be able to change shapes. Most likely, their mortal seeming would just be their human form.
