Hi All~ "Hi! I know it's a little late, but i thought i would post here. I know I'm not the newest, having been here for about a week, but i figure, some people lurk for a month before posting an intro. So, i thought i would post here and talk about me a little so that the people i do know from the chat can maybe learn a little more about me, if they're interested of course. " 1. Name - or what you'd like to be called! "Im Zhou! My real name is Michael or Teddy to friends, though, lets just keep it as Zhou for simplicities sake." 2. What sort of RP experience do you have if any? "I've been roleplaying since i was 14-15. From sub-forum sites like Allpoetry, to moving up to dedicated roleplaying sites like RoleplayGateway, TheStarWarsRP, NarutoSaga (I was an admin ) But, as sites loose activity, people leave and you have problems with the administration, you move on and look to brighter horizons, and Miz is awesome!" 3. How did you find us? "My friend Icaro showed me the site, since then I have jumped head first into it, into the lore, and im really loving it. So, while he gave me the link, I like to feel like i 'discovered' Miz. Cos reading through everything really is an adventure." 4. What sort of RP style is your favorite? "I'm a combative roleplayer, I feel like I'm at my best when my character is fighting. My work becomes far more poetic, so you can tell I'm enjoying myself. I love telling the stories of duels, battles and wars, as climaxes build and tensions rise, being descriptive and, I really like it." 5. What do you like to write about - not write about? "As I said, I like writing conflict and combat, I like to build up a character, through not matter how many losses to overcome their challenges. I enjoy building up rivalries and friendships while developing cool and interesting metaplots or personal villains to eventually overcome. Not a fan of solo threads~ " 6. Whats your favorite thing about Mizahar so far? "It's gotta be the depth of the site on a whole as well as the friendliness of the community. Its really well fleshed out, and just, high quality. " 7. What, if anything, has frustrated you about Mizahar so far? "Seeing as I was asked, no point in being dishonest. Only two things have really stuck out to me so far. The first is just that some of the more interesting things, like Gnosis, don't seem to be done yet, which is a little aggravating, which time will solve no doubt. The other, and this seems a little petty, is that although this site prizes originality, it really does reign you back in terms of creativity sometimes, and it seems like while the depth and the options are outstanding, they are very limited, they do what they do, and thinking outside the box seems discouraged. " 8. What would you like out of the mizahar experience? "To tell a fantastic story. To role-play with people, create friendships and just be active on a really cool site. " 9. Is there anything you'd like to see expanded? "I'd love the Gnosis list to be finished, as well as Summoning to be fleshed out a lot more. And, as per my frustrations, perhaps have magic opened out a little as a whole. " 10. Anything else you want to talk about?
