Hello, Mizahar community

My real name is Aleksandar (yes, KS and A, because it's not written in Englsih scripture) and I guess my character will be called Sey

I have lots of RP experience, though never quite in a setting like this one. I've been on another roleplay forum, called Iwaku for more than a year and I've been roleplaying in WoW and GW2 for long before that. I found this forum coming from a 4chan tread (I'm not really on that site often, a friend sent me this one) that had an amazing story connected with a massive forum roleplay, which took place in a dedicated forum, though quite worse than this one. I enjoy writing stories in original worlds, so Miznahar sounded cool. My favourite things about Miznahar is also what frustrates me - it's so MASSIVE! It feels like it will take me a lifetime to explore it properly and I'm not 100% sure if I really want to invest that much time in it.

I love exploring, adventure, dangerous roleplays, so basically like questing in an MMORPG, but meaningful questing - things that actually impact and change the world. I love to see my character change and develop and interact with other characters that have depth to them.

I am generally posting here to get a recommendation from someone for where I should start off, in terms of map positioning. I have picked my race after reading through them, so feel free to take that into account as well

And, of course, feel free to just say "Hi", I'm not scary.

Before you do anything please take a look at your in box. You will find a very helpful PM with the starting guide, links to useful lore, city lists, and the starting package to get you started! The CS forums also have CS templates for various cities to help get you set up

Also keep in mind your account name is your characters name. 1 account to one character please. You can change the name through the user control panel in the top left under the banner. No underscores or symbols please but you may separate first and last names with a space ^.^

Hello Sey! And welcome to Mizahar.

Mirage alraedy addressed the username issue, so I won't hit that again. However, if you can't figure out how to change it, let me know and I can do my best to help.

Besides that, if you have any questions about Mizahar specifically or roleplay in general, feel free to drop a PM in my box and I'll do my best to answer any questions you may have. You can also always pop into chat and the friendly folks there will be more than glad to help you, I'm sure.

As for a starting location, I personally started in Sunberth, which is a lawless town of anarchy. It's a very fun place to roleplay for my character, and I would highly recommend it, but of course the final decision is up to you.

I too, came from WoW roots, so it's nice to hear you're from there. Mizahar is a great place to go for more writer-oriented roleplay, so it's a little bit of a jump, but you sound like you've taken the learning curve pretty well.
