So I asked in chat and was pointed here. With Jamoura fur and their ability to change it's color, does the fur color stay the color they changed it to until they want to change it to again, or does it revert back to the color it was at birth when they stop concentrating on changing it?
Jamoura have a 'base' coat color. When they stop concentrating, it goes back to that base color. It's a temporary passive defense mechanism. They can change to any natural color that blends into the environment. Browns, greys, whites, and sometimes autumnal colors. They can't for instance turn into the hot pink of an azalea or a bright blue of say someone's painted apartment.
