Wind Reach Thread Goals! - Suggestions Being Taken Here!

Hi Guys-

We're thinking of starting a citywide challenge in Wind Reach for all our overly active members. This challenge has to do with posting a calender of IC events at the beginning of the season and then having suggested thread goals for each irl month in that season. Have I lost you yet? No worries. I'll get you back.

Winter Season is Dec, Jan, and Feb. I'm going to give four thread suggestions a month starting in Dec and ending in Feb for the season of winter (we'll start over in Spring). That means there is a potential of twelve threads (players choice at length) they can do for each season. If a player completes all the thread challenges in one month, they get special recognition in the Calendar Thread (tbp) under Hall of Fame. If all challenges are completed in the season - they get a medal. A super medal is awarded for all seasons of the year (thats four) with all threads done (thats 48).

So for Dec we'll have four thread goals. If a month is short a week or overly long for a week, we'll let it slide and have 'aprox' dates, meaning there will only ever be four threads a month.

Here's an example.

Dec Week 1 - One training thread of your choice.
Dec Week 2 - One thread where you epically fail at something.
Dec Week 3 - One dangerous encounter! (Danger being relevant - Angry Mother in law? Glassbeak? You pick.)
Dec Week 4 - One thread where you dine with someone.

Now that's just an example. What I'd like to do is get some suggestions from folks so we have a large pool of ideas. So feel free to post your threadseed ideas here and we'll most likely use them in Wind Reach!

3. Do some harmless flirting.
4. Try to cook something new.

2. Compose a song
3. Resist Temptation
4. Give in to temptation?

I'm totally going for this challange!!

1. Have an encounter with another caste (either very good or very bad)
2. Have someone else teach you a new skill (or the other way around)
3. Important Flashback (an important event pertaining to the character's history or emotional state)
4. Gentleman's or Lady's Quarrel (Two men fighting for pride? two women fighting over a man?)
