Hello there,

My name is Dyna, and I have been around the RPG world for a very long time but was recently on hiatus after becoming a mom to my beautiful baby boy. Before that, I was a part of the RPG board Valucre, but unfortunately, the board shut down and my characters are currently homeless. I have strongly considered creating my own board to prevent this from happening again, but I do not have the time to commit to such an endeavor so here I am.

So before I get started on making myself at home, I was reading about this board and it said that there are no vampires? Does that mean that vampires are not allowed into the board at all? I only ask because the majority of my characters are of Vampiric descent in some way, even though they don't go around hunting random people just because they can.

Can anyone please verify for me please? Thanks.

Hey there Dyna!

Welcome to Miz. We've been up and running since 09 so I think we've proven our longevity. I get not having time... I work A LOT myself and do most of the work on Miz to keep it running.

I just wanted to answer your Vampire question. When we created Mizahar, we wanted to be completely original - as much as possible in a fantasy setting that is - so we don't have Vampires, Werewolves, and things like unicorns, dragons, etc.

We do have some things that replace them... like our shifter race - Kelvics. The closest we have to Vampires is the Symenestra which are very similar to spider races... .they don't eat solid food, but rather liquify everything before they consume it.
