Kelvic age.

Sorry, I'm new here, but I had a question. What's the age for Kelvic to be considered 'mature'. I know it's 16 for humans, but Kelvic live half or less of a human lifespan. I looked around, but I couldn't seem to find the answer. Perhaps I'm blind? Hope this question isn't an annoyance.

I found this:

Kelvics can reproduce one or two offspring each year and are sexually mature at a year of age.

Does that mean they're mature at 1 year?
