Half Breeds

If we choose to create a half breed, how does the racial bonus work? Is it possible to take +5 from both races or is it just a +10 from either race?

If you look up Mixed Blood races in the wiki you will find that they get a + 10 to any skill of their choice. The wiki page details what mixes are possible.
