Akalak/Riverfall Questions

I'm posting these here since I think I've bothered Baku enough (though he is welcome to answer these as well ^_^ )

Are young Akalaks (younger than 15, before first Rite of passage) permitted to leave the city, and if so, under what circumstances?
Same question for Akalaks shortly after their first Rite of passage.

I may have more questions later, but these should be a good start.

Those questions are up to the individual families, parents, and circumstances. No one is locking all the young Akalak in.
