I'm posting these here since I think I've bothered Baku enough (though he is welcome to answer these as well ^_^ )
Are young Akalaks (younger than 15, before first Rite of passage) permitted to leave the city, and if so, under what circumstances?
Same question for Akalaks shortly after their first Rite of passage.
