Mixed Blood Question.

If someone were a mixed blood (human father/symenestran mother) would they be allowed into Kalinor like any other symenestran or would they also need a symenestran to escort them inside?

That particular Mixed Blood is considered a Dra. They are allowed to roam free around Kalinor as they please. However, it seems public opinion on them is split. Some Symenestra feel they are hurting the race as a whole. Others are much more welcoming. I'm sure Poison or Macabre, the STs of Kalinor can elaborate on this.
