Hello all! My name is Hannelore and well... it seems I've stumbled upon an rpg that I've really taken a liking to. It has been a while since finding an rpg I'd be interested in so bear with me when I actually get on to the part where I create a character. I'm not completely sure where to start but I guess I could start by telling you a bit about myself before expressing how I've managed to thoroughly confuse myself with finding information.

I am an engaged twenty-one year old that is going to college to become a veterinary technician. Will be taking exams in about two weeks so I'll let you know if I'm half way when I pass them. If I do (and i'll assume I will) pass them, I'll have just two more semesters left, including an internship. I'm a huge supporter of animal rights and hope to become involved in animal rescue.

Before I decided to go to college for Vet Tech, I was pursuing a major in Computer Technology. I wanted to become a legit website designer and builder. So I guess I could say that for a while my life revolved around my laptop, particularly photoshop and dreamweaver (which i still have, use, and love). Though, somewhere along the line I lost interest. So here I am, halfway through a Vet Tech program with a fiance that will be graduating from the same program in about three weeks!

As far as role playing goes. I've been doing it for a long time on and off. I probably average around seven years maybe? Yeah... But I love it so I never have very long breaks. Genres that I particularly love is medieval fantasy type things or something original that isn't too off the wall and easy to understand. I do have a tendency to play all women. Not that I haven't tried to play men because I have many times. And each time I fool myself into thinking this one will last longer than the other. Turns out I may start out with a big bang in creating a male character but I rapidly lose interest.

Sooooo... hopefully i can sift through the information and further decide on the character i will be creating. I have obviously already decided the name. And i've also decided a face and race for this character. After looking at all the races, the Benshira jumps out at and appeals to me the most so I'll be creating one.

Great to have you here, Shena'doah. I can safely say your among kindred spirits in regards to loving photoshop and dreamweaver, your rpg habits, and your love of animals. I did a long stint as a Wildlife Biologist, so I can totally understand where your coming from. I'm glad to have someone join the group that will fit so smoothly into our world. Pua, one of our beloved players, is also a full time zoologist... so your in great company!

If you need any help getting started, don't hesitate to ask or jump into chat. We know Mizahar has a lot of lore and its a bit daunting to dive right into ... but you should have a ton of fun once you get past creating your character.

I was once pursuing a career in Computer Tech too, but I lost interest! I moved on to Culinary Arts though, so I suppose that is where we split paths. </3
