Hello, everyone. I've glanced about the site on and off today and finally have mustered the courage to create a post. One small step, right?

Well, I'm known beyond the cyber connections as Bri, so if anyone wants to refer to me as that, feel free to. Kae can work too since I know sometimes it's hard to remember once you've been in character so long.

I started role playing when I was about fourteen years old and won't bother to tell you how many year ago that was, haha. I've been on a few different sites but haven't done much since graduating high school. I'm essentially looking for pull back into it, hopefully get my brain going once more.

Believe it or not, a google search while trying to find character creation sheets for RP is how I stumbled upon Mizahar. Where I work is starting a new 'Nerd Herd' on Tuesday nights and we decided to a bit of D&D styled RPing and needed the basic format. Low and behold, I seem to have found a gem.

As for genre, my favorite role play would have to be fantasy, without a doubt. Real life is too boring to waste my time creating a slightly altered version of it.

I haven't actually been on a site that was a specific story-line before, so this is something new to me. I'm nervous, as my title suggested, to give it a go. I'd hate to mess up what looks like amazing work you're all doing here.

Perhaps I'll keep poking around for a few hours and see if I feel any more comfortable.
