Ello There!

I'm not the best at introductions, but here goes nothing... Ello There!
I typically go by my screen name Kelthis or Kel for short.
The only real RP experience I've had is playing D&D with my brothers and friends. I did have a brief LARPing stint but it was purely combat. I do enjoy theater as well.

I found you guys by searching 'popular RP forums'. After sifting through countless anthro and vampire RPs I Found Mizahar! I have never participated in forum RP before, and I wanted to improve my storytelling abilities considering I am actually a DM among my friends. I'm not really much of a writer, though I have many ideas. I'm bad at writing stuff down. I'm hoping my time here will help me become better and more comfortable with writing, and maybe make a few friends on the way!

I am also glad to see an RP that doesn't feature Mary sues with names like Darkness or Prism Nightingale and their vampire/werewolf shenanigans! (I apologize to those I may offend. I could potentially do that often. Especially when sleep deprived... which is often...) Aaaaanywho, i should probably stop talking before i hurt myself.

Ello There!

D&D is where it all started for me as well, many moons ago. Actually I've recently started up a D&D tabletop that exploded with players, so hey, D&D is still going strong.

Whether your are a writer or not, as long as you are having fun in Mizahar it matters not. You seem to have spelling and punctuation down, so that's over half the battle already won. As you read threads other folks have written, you'll find a bunch of different styles, some using flowering descriptions, some using very concise descriptions, and some using a mixture of all kinds of descriptions. Eventually when you hang around long enough, you'll find what you enjoy doing.

Good luck and have fun!
