Introduction!

Hey, all! I’m Matt. I found Mizahar about a week ago and lurked the threads a bit while waiting for real life to cool back down, and now that it has, well, here be my semi-lame introduction. 8D

My favorite roleplaying genre is definitely fantasy, though the list of books I’ll read expands in all imaginable directions. I also like various sports, interesting villains, learning about languages, writing terrible short stories, and devising novel methods by which to conquer the world.

I dislike tomatoes.

I really like your avatar. For some reason it just sets me into a specific mood that I think is perfect for a writing game like this. So, welcome Rythern and I really hope you enjoy your stay. I've seen you around but I had no idea who you are. Now we do! Thanks for the intro thread. Conquering the world is always a good way to spend time occupying your brain... even if its just in novels and by exploring new methodologies.

Anyhow... I love tomatoes. Why do you have to be so fussy?

I'm glad you like the avatar! Actually I'm completely useless in the world of photography and photo manipulation, so a wonderfully talented RL friend is helping me with graphics things. 8D I'm also useless at figuring out BBCode, with the end result of yours truly taking half of forever to format half a character sheet. -dives under nearest rock-

EDIT: My thing against tomatoes is the texture. But I can reconcile myself with your tomato-appreciation in light of how awesome you are (impression gained from adventures in lurkdom).

Daniel: Many thanks for the welcome! It's been lots of fun chatting with you and I look forward to roleplaying with Sam. I am also looking forward to finishing the CS finally, which - predictable setbacks (procrastination) and less predictable setbacks (my Internet connection, which I must have seriously offended in a past life) notwithstanding - should probably happen this weekend. 8D

Rebecca: I am incredibly pleased to meet you as well! I've seen Em around and actually, lately I've been thinking of creating an Inarta eventually too. A race of eagle-riders sounds so interesting and fun. 8D I'm glad you like the photo, and I hope to catch you around!
