This is not something there is a set price for game-wide, nor am I aware of a fixed price for it specifically in Syliras.

I would advise PMing your question to Accolade, at which time he as the DS of Syliras can come to an arrangement with you on a repair cost.

By their very nature repairs would drastically vary in price depending on the type and amount of damage to the item in question, and so that is why there are no marked up one-for-all prices, and that is also why Accolade can come to an agreement with you once you give him a little more info than you have given us here.
