A friend can’t log in

Hi all

So this isn’t to do with mizahar its self, but after searching google and not finding anything that has helped

It says that the password or username (Which she is adamant that she is typing correctly) are incorrect, but they are correct.

Any thoughts as to why this is? She only just created an account called Etori. Help would be appreciated… if anyone knows techy stuff Certainly not me.

The browser she uses is google chrome. She has also tried on internet explorer. She has enabled cookies. I’m not sure what else it would be.

If it says the password is incorrect, then she's not typing them in the same way. Computers don't randomly change passwords or usernames. If shes a brand new character, her registration probably didn't save.

You can go to MEMBERS then click on 'find a member' and type in Etori. You'll find that "No members found for this search criterion." That means that password and login isn't valid because she didn't register correctly. All she needs to do is re-register.

Ah, thank-you Goss I think it’s sorted now Problem was she wasn’t logging into the site but onto the wiki by mistake

Thank-you for answering anyway, she’s looking forward to roleplaying on this awesome site cause I told her how much I loved it xD
