Its fine. But I think I will take my chances with being a Nomad. All varients of this character have always been a Nomad. I don't see why I should change now.

But also, how much Exp do I have to start with when selecting skills? And what is this novive/competent thing in the CS template?

You have 50 Base starting package Skill points, plus your +10 Racial bonus.

Novice - 1-25 skill points

Competent- 26-50 Skill points

Expert - 51-75 Skill points

Master - 76-100 Skill points

they honestly won't approve your CS as a nomad. Because you wouldn't live long enough as a Nomad.

Oh Wait...Housing? Uhh...What is the tent package I can acquire?

The tent package is just the basic, tent and comes with a horse worth 200 Gold Miza. You can use this in most of the cities though there are a few where being "homeless" is not allowed so the tent package is not available.
