Name: Tssariatssaaloki
Aliases: Tssaaloki, Loki
Age, Birthdate: 111, Winter 92nd, 399 AV
Sex: Female
Race, Subrace: Dhani, Viper
Physiology:
Human-
>With a diminutive build and a beauty unnatural for any Human, Loki is completely unique in any and all societies. She bears long copper-tinted red hair and slanted eyes a mysterious shade of silver and gold combined. The pupils are elongated and serpentine, and her eyes are framed by heavy, long black lashes. With little in the way of physical scarring, Loki’s biggest deformity is in the appearance of a red scar under her left ear where Rhysol blessed her with his Gnosis. Other scars are an assortment of fine lines across her shoulders and pelvis from self-inflicted wounds. Her skin is pale and doesn’t easily burn or tan as it is accustomed to the light of Leth and not Syna. Loki stands at about 4’10” and weighs 90lbs. Her hair is feathery and light, her skin soft and smooth and touchable. She usually lets her hair flow free and unbraided although, if she must tstay in Human form for a while she will braid small trinkets into the strands.
Dhani-
>A slender serpent’s body that rises into the torso of a woman to once again form into the head of a snake is Loki’s body as a Dhani. Slim and agile, quicker than even her Human body, Loki is majestic and lovely even as a giant snake. A hood flares out from her head when she is provoked and her fangs can be extended should she wish to hiss, bite, or in general intimidate someone. Loki’s body is about ten feet long from her snout to the end of her long tail. Her scales are primarily copper and red, but black and yellow band through her body in undulating patterns. Her eyes remain silvery-gold but they flash brightly when she takes an interest in something. She bears the strength of one and a half men in her body.
Snake-
>Marked similarly to the Dhani form, Loki’s physical changes are present mainly in the completely serpentine body she possesses. Beautifully toned, deadly and strong, Loki is 7’6” long as a Viper and can still flare her hood and extend her wicked fangs. She moves fast, her tail able to coil under her body and send her flying at any quarry. Her eyes in this body are more silver than gold, but they belie her intelligence and sly cunning. The Viper body, as it is smaller than the Dhani one, has much narrower bands of black and yellow.
Psychology:
Insane is a word that best describes Loki. Due to the mark of Rhysol, Loki became paranoid of most others and even more bloodthirsty. She has two personalities for when she is active, one being Loki herself and the other being Ikol. Both personalities share the same likes and dislikes (although Ikol is more likely to give praise to Rhysol and no one else), but Ikol and Loki differ on one massive aspect: How they view the world around them. For instance, Loki sees Mizahar as a playground and the Valterrian as a blessing. Ikol sees Mizahar as one great mess and views the Valterrian as just the beginning of even better things whenever the “mess” is cleaned up. As Rhysol brought about the Valterrian, Ikol gives all her love to him (she is the half of Loki that lusts for the God and desires him to sire her child if possible). Loki, wisely enough, keeps her religious aspects open to all Gods who personify some form of darkness.
With both personalities sharing Loki’s body, it can become too much for them both sometimes and throws Loki into a fit on instability where she kills any and all living animals she sees and eats them (even though she prefers live prey normally). Sometimes lucidity comes out of nowhere during her bouts of insanity, taking turns alternating between both states. In her lucid moments she is kind, almost polite, to the people she meets, even though inwardly she is determining their worth as amusement, food, etc. She is open with her curses, happy to corrupt anyone who snags her attention for long enough. She likes working on particularly nasty curses and will gladly spend her time developing them.
History:
Loki was born just outside of Ahnatep in the Viper Nest there to Tissarantssaria and Hashutsselnash on the eve of the four-hundredth anniversary of the Valterrian. Her whole name is Tssariatssaaloki.
As a hatchling, ‘Tssaaloki’ as she was nicknamed, proved to be a particularly vicious Dhani. She was especially instinctive and fierce and took to biting anyone and everyone not of her immediate family. Her antics were approved of, however, and her family began to envision her as a future warrior that would lead the Vipers into a greatness that could be rivalled by none in the world. There was a lot of hope put into Loki, and she repaid them all by being the fiercest of her clutch. She achieved her Dhani form faster than any other in her generation, proving resolved to be the best there ever was. She demonstrated cunning and a sly intelligence as she grew older, knowing who to befriend to get further in her life. She acquired her Human form at the tender age of 85, much earlier than most other Dhani ever managed, while meeting with a group of friends in Ahnatep, which included some Eypharians and one or two of their slaves for fun. Her first ‘mate’ of sorts was an Eypharian of the house of East Winds, and they were together for five years before Loki grew bored and left him.
In 489 AV, Loki took a Dhani male as a mate. She chose him out of his cunning and hunting prowess, and claimed him from all the other Dhani females, attacking any who even slanted a sly look his way. He enjoyed this attention and readily agreed to be her mate, and together they lived for several years. On Loki’s 101st birthday, she lay a clutch of eggs, born of both her and her mate, whose name was Sasshayeltasz. Before their children emerged from their eggs, Ayeltasz was taken from Loki in a hunt by several Benshira and Chaktawe hunters. Loki managed to exact her revenge on them, using every bit of her own cunning to pick them off one by one over a week, and returned with her mate’s body to Ahnatep and the Nest. Her eggs hatched a month afterwards and her favourite son would be named Tssaalokiayeltasz, for his father. Her two favourite daughters would be named Tssaalokinarussa and Tssaalokitassian (Narussa and Itassian).
After a few more years in Ahnatep, teaching her snakelings how to be sharp and cold like her and their father, Loki grew tired of the Nest and the familiar faces there. In the Spring of 506 AV she left Eyktol and traveled North, through Cyphrus and into Sylira. The first city she came to was Syliras, but as she settled down there she realized how boring it would be to have to kill in secret and hide her very nature, so she relocated to Sunberth for a year. There she was privy to all the anarchy and vile personalities shared between the jumble of races, and she loved it all. Of course, anarchy became exhausting after that year and she made her way to Ravok after a brief stop in Nyka. Ravok is where she dwelled for years before being taken notice of by Rhysol, tallying up her bad karma for the brutalization of many Humans.
After spending another year in Ravok, allowing Rhysol to soak into her and affect her every decision, she turned her attention to furthering his goals and she left Ravok. Her goals remain alive, and she is always more focused on assisting Rhysol anyway she can while managing to keep her stomach full.
Preferences:
Loki is an extremely religious individual, although she is not in the least a follower of only one deity. Her preference for religion seems to be in the darker spectrum, although she’d say that she worshipped the only real Gods if asked. Her devotion goes out to Siku and Rhysol most, followed close on their heels by Akajia, Leth, Dira, Sagallius, and Vayt. The Voice will also be considered when Loki prays, however as she isn’t a true God Loki has little to pray to her for but for guidance in her tumultuous thoughts.
Loki loves, absolutely adores, Siku and Rhysol. Her Great Mother and the Defiler are the only two deities who are offered her prayers twice a day, whereas Vayt, Sagallius and Dira get once every two days and Leth and Akajia are worshipped once a day which is usually under their sky. The fall of Sylir was a blessing, and she believes the Valterrian was the Gods’ way of bringing more power and diversity into the lives of the Dhani, raising them upwards into the ranks of true greatness.
Loki loves causing pain and receiving pain. Torture was something of an art form when it came to her teachings to her children and she still enjoys it, to this day, as well as the euphoria of watching people suffer. She is always glad to find a suitable sacrifice for one of her Gods, although she prefers a sentient being with true life (Dira gets Nuit whenever and wherever possible). She is even happy to take children and offer them to Rhysol, along with the chaos caused by killing them and impaling them on some metal spike in a fence.
Loki dislikes many things, and hates quite a few as well. First off is any semblance of order. Anarchy and chaos are two of her passions and she hates when she sees them overpowered by “goody-goodies” and their idiocy. She dislikes the light and believes Death is as beloved as Life in the world (although Kihala doesn’t have her worship). She doesn’t actively speak out against any deities, but she actually has a personal hitlist kept reserved in her mind for those she feels should be removed so her Gods can rise through the ranks. The top of her list is reserved especially for Priskil. Following her is, of course, Rak’keli (so Vayt can have his fun) and Aquiras. Navre has earned himself a special place on her list for his discrimination against Siku and Loki kills cats whenever she best can to get back for every snake she believes Navre has been responsible for killing. She has even taken to offering larger cats to Siku for her blessing. Priskil’s followers are especially in danger of Loki’s bite, for Loki hunts them down herself whenever she can, bringing these “martyrs” into the ranks of the other poor souls she has taken the lives of, which include anyone “good”, “kind”, or “innocent” that can’t be used to further benefit her. One could go as far as saying Loki is a “bad” character in the sense of “evil”, and Loki will only smile at them and thank them before perhaps killing them.
