Ideas for Avanthal's Departure of Morwen Festival

The time has come where Mutt and I are thinking up fun things for everyone to do for the Departure of Morwen Festival. It is the big party Avanthal has every year for three days to usher Morwen off to spread winter to the rest of Mizahar. I have some ideas for the festival but what I want to know is what do you want to see in the festival? Here are some basic ideas to get you started.

-Games
-Activities
-Competitions
-Musical get togethers
-Arts & Crafts (I know it is silly but Vantha are arty!)
-Storytelling circles

So, tell me Avanthal. What do you want to see in the festival?

hmm, as for games I would say for the little kids (or with the older ones with an inner kid) an all out snowball war.. Yes its silly I know, but its for the litte ones.

Competition would probably be simple, sparring matches, archery contests, overlap with arts to compete for the nicest sculpture and things like that.

But also a speed painting contests. Having to make the nicest/most complete painting in a short amount of time (half an hour or so, maybe one.)

Storytelling where not only do people try to one up oneother with the most epic/romanctic/scary story but suddenly have to switch between each other when they are still telling it. Probably would make for inconcistent stories though but thats part of the charm.

Well, thats of teh top of my head, probably stupid but we will see

I was thinking of a snowball war as well so it's not as silly as you think (or we are both silly)! I like the other ideas too, especially the storytelling idea.
