This is the place to chat, discuss, and plan. Those who are new to Zeltiva can come and introduce themselves too - so everyone should give them a warm welcome.

Keep spamming to a minimum, and do not post anything inflammatory or offensive. Let's keep it civil, people!

It is highly advisable to subscribe to this thread, or at least check it whenever you log in - both moderator and player announcements are generally made here!

This might belong in the domain development topic, but it's not really about developing new locations or NPCs and is really more of a simple request regarding Zeltiva's linkmap. Paragon, could you please classify the various locations in "Zeltiva Proper" under headings according to, well, what they are? Something like this:

Shops and Businesses
Treasures of the Sea
Balshu's Bait and Tackle Shop

Entertainment
The Kelp Bar

...and so on.

The Syliras and Mura linkmaps created by Gossamer are very nice examples of this, if you need a reference. I think this would look more organized and tell players more about each location than just listing them in no particular order.

Ok, sure, if that's what you would prefer. I was following Denval's linkmap template. I was simplifying it into the city, docks, and university. I'll come up with a tidier solution tomorrow :)

Ohhh, okay. Denval's template works too, as long as you include a description of each location next to the location name the same way theirs does. As long as there is a way to get an idea of what each location does just by looking over the linkmap, I would be happy.

Sure thing Avari, I was going to do that, but I just haven't had time yet. I completely agree though. Everything is going to feel a bit "unfinished" in Zeltiva for a few weeks because I keep starting things and then getting tied up with something else. I promise everything will be whacked into shape sharpish.

No, he's going to be one I'll make at a later date - it's the reason he kicked the bucket that's important... this is going to be a slow burner, but it will be the first stage of a major Zeltivan Plot. ;) Feel free to post onto the event whenever, I'm going to try post every few replies.
