In such a big city how was Bob able to track down this one man? That is a trade secret that he would not, alright he will tell people if they ask anyway if only to brag about it. What he would not tell is that some people like him, already knew Ulric as the man who set off all those golems at the Slanderer and that he already found the man again in some ruined temple. He would also not tell people that at the temple he allowed Jinsen to get a good sniff at the man just like anyone else he met just in case they wanted to come at him for something nefarious like a debt. Sometimes he really could use that dog's friendliness to his advantage. Something he really would not tell people if he wanted to make himself out as a master tracker was that he did not even intend to look for Ulric. No all he did was walk around this confusing mess of a city until Jinsen started pulling him off the path and right into the man himself.
After reigning in Jinsen so that it would not try to eat Ulric's shoes for some strange reason, Bob could only try and act as normal as he could by saying "Hello old man. Been to any good brothels lately?" Not to be rude with the laugh that came after because it was a joke like the one that they went to before in Ravok.
