Turran rolled his eyes when he heard his brother whisper something to the girl but he seemed to have cooled him off a little bit, and honestly he was happy a fight had been avoided as he was not sure he could take his younger brother he didn't know any offensive magic and his brother knew a bit more about his dagger and shortbow than Turran did about his iron staff although he was still quite good with it.

Elvyra had been silent throughout the two brother's brief spat, but she looked back at Arcturus when he murmured words meant only for her, low enough that Turran couldn't hear, and even her sharp ears had a bit of trouble picking them up.

She hesitated, her silver eyes doubtful. She wasn't looking for this sort of relationship. But she was looking for a bondmate, wasn't she? More often than not, bondmates also happened to be lovers. And there was that curiosity that just wasn't leaving...She chewed her lower lip, uncertain. But was Arcturus really the one, or was she just getting ahead of herself? Then again, if he wasn't, what harm would she be doing? Her pride might suffer somewhat from her giving in, in front of Turran no less, but looking at Arcturus, a tingle at the base of her spine told her she would definitely enjoy herself.

She paused to consider what her instincts were telling her, but in a situation like this, her feral instinct wasn't much help. This was a decidedly human dilemma, and to be honest, her Kelvic instincts told her to go with him, to see if he really was who she was looking for. Slowly, she said to Turran, glancing at him, "I appreciate the offer, Turran, but perhaps another time...I should show your brother to the Savintar Warrens. Jase is at the Red Diamond, however, so perhaps you could go see him." She dropped her gaze from Arcturus', lowering her head slightly as she gave in.

He kept his tone low, and he moved his lips close to her ears, as he whispered, "Believe me, you won't regret this," finishing the sentence with a short, seductive laugh, Arcturus obviously practised the art of speechcraft quite a bit.

[Turran_Aldaine]

Turran sighed at the girls response but was not surprised, He had seen when she gave in to his seduction and was only lying to Arcturus, and perhaps herself, yet another woman had fallen into His brothers seductive trap and been pulled in by his amber eyes. He responded to the girl with just the the right amount of disappointment in his voice, not at not getting her but because she had given in to Arcturus when Turran had given her such a easy exit, to make her feel shame and said, "Ah yes, I suppose he does need some sleep, you two... enjoy yourselves I suppose. The room is on me he said tossing two gold mizas to Elvyra, pointedly not Arcturus, and before anyone could respond slid off the roof and started walking over to the Tavern he knew nothing about.

Elvyra caught the mizas in surprise, and watched Turran clumsily climb down from the roof, straightening his robes before he began to make his way to the Red Diamond tavern. Watching the purple-robed man walk away, her glance flickered to Arcturus. "On the contrary," She said, smoothly, "I already am regretting it." Leaving the wine bottle where it sat, she turned, easily and lithely dropping onto the ground below, landing in a crouch before she straightened up, waiting impatiently for Arcturus to follow.

He dropped off the roof, with a trained fashion to give him the best position to break out into a sprint, a hunter trait, and then began following Elvyra, "Not for long," said the Human, with a sly smile.
