Hi there! Alright, first thing's first. My real name's a secret! I'm from somewhere near Australia! I write quite a lot; stories, poems, and even articles for a couple of newspapers. Okay, here we go!
1. Name - or what you'd like to be called!
- Andalusia, or whatever nickname anyone would get out of that!
2. What sort of RP experience do you have if any?
- I've been into writing all my life! I RP-ed at Valenth (Google it if you wish!) for a few years, but it was nothing compared to Mizahar's detail and quality! I actually visited Mizahar before and tried it out, but I was too busy to actually do anything productive. (I'd rather not say who I was!) I'm also planning out my own RP site with a group of friends, but because we're all still in school, nothing has come into fruition yet.
3. How did you find us?
- A friend of mine who was already quite active on Mizahar, suggested it to me. They're not here anymore, though, as far as I know. When I first joined, which was a long time ago, I wasn't able to be active because of my workload, and I was lazy. Now, I have twice as much workload, but I'm no longer lazy! I kept seeing Mizahar as the #1 RP site wherever I checked, so I just HAD to come back!
4. What sort of RP style is your favorite?
- I'm not really sure what the different kinds of RP styles there are, but I'm not much of a fan of modern, too-realistic settings. I'd prefer an RP set into the past, or in an alternate universe, it makes it more relaxing and exciting!
5. What do you like to write about - not write about?
- As a writer, It's best to be flexible in genres, but I'm an absolutely HUGE sucker for romance and horror. Not a very likely pair! There really isn't anything I don't like to write about, but I do dislike predictability and stereotyping in writing; it's better when things are unique and unexpected! But of course, in the end, you do have to write about familiar, usual things as well, or else your readers won't be able to identify with your writing!
6. Whats your favorite thing about Mizahar so far?
- I'd say that it's the diversity in the races and places. Every single place and race is made unique and flexible, so it's not very hard to place whatever personality or story you've weaved into your character. It's a very different kind of freedom.
7. What, if anything, has frustrated you about Mizahar so far?
- When I first joined a long time ago, the rules were quite overwhelming. Not that they were bad, of course not, rules are rules! I've never RP-ed in a setting that had so many rules, since Valenth (the only other RP site I've been to) barely had any except, "NO GODMODING!" so it was really just a sort of "culture" shock for me. Coming back now, though, the rules are more of a nostalgic comfort!
8. What would you like out of the mizahar experience?
- A lot, lot, lot of friends! I don't think it's very easy to find fellow writers who want to experience life in a different light, the way one does in RP-ing. I also want to improve my writing a lot more. Practice makes perfect! Most of all, though, I want an escape from the stress and bite of reality. What better way to sit back and enjoy than to do it "somewhere else"?
9. Is there anything you'd like to see expanded?
- I'd like it if there were more places and races, (I know, there are so many already! But why stop there?) although I won't say that there aren't enough! I love them all, but I honestly want more!
10. Anything else you want to talk about?
- I really, really like yellow butterflies and white bunny rabbits.
