The unforgiving wilderness, a huge range of mountains and frozen cold. Today there was only a few clouds, perfect for following known trails or a single road to sultros or following away from sultros, depending on which one you are, for Carindir a Isur attempting to find his father, was leaving sultros but the road ahead seemed blank, he only had one clue on where his father went: Black Rock he was driven to foolish determination to find the fate of his father, and today was a perfect day to leave the mountain. But it didn't remain like that for long, the wind started picking up. He had to double his pace or he could be threatened by getting stuck in a storm, his path was cut short.

Carindir walked down the rocky trail, he was getting fatigued and the wind was picking up. He couldn't get caught in the middle of a storm, not now, he needed to make progress. But who knows what he might encounter, there is a lot of danger in these mountains. He needed to be cautious he needed to be wary. "Hey, Isur" he heard a commanding voice call out, bandits.. It was seemingly rare to see bandits foolish enough to stay in such a cold, threatening and un-scalable mountains, but he knew their camp had to be near. They wouldn't be that stupid to stray far from their camp.
"Your Gold Miza's, now." Carindir looked around at them, they seemed uneasy about the amount of weapons he had, they all looked like kids. They didn't wield their weapons properly, except for one, and he looked like the leader, there was six - No seven... but they looked pitiful he thought he could take them, if he can take the time to draw his battle-axe. "Are you deaf? Gold, and weapons. NOW!" They started shifting closer to him, ready to attack him, Carindir smirked pulling on the release key on the shield it spread out into the form of a large shield, the bandits flinched as its fans stretch out. "Catch!" He Undid the straps to his shield quickly and threw it at one side of the bandits, they caught it stumbling back and then letting it fall. He gripped onto his short sword hard and threw it at the leader, it spun at him and cut across his shoulder before flying to some god forbidding location.

He quickly grasped the hilt of his battle-axe which was strapped onto his back, and pulling releasing it and stepping into a battle-ready stance. "Who's first?" Three charged at the same time, they were staggering, they were stupid, he dodged the first slash thrown at him the blocked the next. Kicking one of the bandits in the groin, the bandit stumbled back holding his stomach and crotch. He then turned to the bandit charging at him, he locked into a struggle with him, he had to act fast or he would get stabbed in the back. He pushed on the bandits weapon with whom he was in a locked stance with, he fell over and Carindir spun around to another bandit lunging his sword, Decapitating him, Carindir watched as his head fell and the lifeless body jerking then falling to the ground, blood splattering over the ground and in Carindir's face.

He quickly turned to the bandit that he kicked in the groin, he gained his footing and was standing before him. Carindir was offering them quick deaths, if he could... He swung his battle axe at the mans neck, he dodged backwards his chin lowering in front of his neck - A foolish move as the blade of Carindir's axe didn't connect with his neck but with his jaw. He watched as his jaw fell to the ground, blood was pouring he was twitching and crying a little a bit: He was still alive.. For a long painful seconds before falling over his body still jerking and twitching on the ground laying beside his bloody jaw. It wasn't over yet though.. No.. Two down, five more to go. He could see the worry in their expressions as they stepped back fearing for their lives.

Carindir stood staring at each one of them, they started gaining a little bit of moral standing their ground, surrounding him. He looked at each one of their faces, carefully their were lightly armored and almost all of them had swords. A familiar sound ringed in his ears a pulling back of a bow, he had little time to react before a arrow plunged into his shoulder. "SON OF A @!$&*" Carindir knelt down in pain reaching over and grabbing the arrow, and pulling it out slowly, he gritted his teeth as it came out luckily it didn't pierce to deep, it had to go through his chainmail shirt and heavy fur jacket. He got quickly rolled over to dodge a overhead swing from one of the bandits wielding a hand axe, he had tattoos from the looks of it, could be a Drykas. He reached over and picked and lifted his battle-axe poorly swinging it at the Drykas's leg cutting it off. The muscular Drykas Bandit fell over, blood gushing from his leg screaming like a little girl.

Carindir got up and steadied his stance, his shoulder still hurting some. But the sound was heard again, the one with the bow was drawing a arrow again. He had to dodge it, he took a quick dash to his left the arrow was shot it fired past him thankfully and landing harmlessly into some snow. Carindir had to kill that red headed bowman, he was being distracting. but he was quite a distance away, he would have to run to reach him. But first he had to deal with the three near him. One of them charged unexpectedly, slashing at Carindir's back, he flinched forward but it still connected cutting through the chainmail and cutting his back. Carindir stumbled forward holding his back before turning around with angry eyes and using his collective strength left in his back to do a overhead swing, and splitting the bandits head in two. All the way down to lip, blood jumping up like a fountain and then falling down like rain.

Carindir turned to face the two, one was the leader and the other one looked like a.. Boy, not like the others that were just young but this one looked like a actual kid! He felt a bit of guilt and offered them a generous offer. "Yield and i will spare your lives." Carindir glared at them, he didn't have too much strength in his spine left after getting two blows to the back, they knew this, but the boy was to frightened. He dropped his sword and ran, as Carindir thought. Leaving just the Leader and the Bowman. "We don't yield.. After we kill you, we are going to kill the boy for deserting us." The leader cocked on his sword and lunging at Carindir, he raised his battle-axe and blocked the attack but he kept on coming. It was the only real fight he had so far, he either dodged parried or blocked his attacks but he couldn't keep up with his sore back, it was a moment of life or death. Carindir had to act, now.

The Bandit Leader swung his sword and his side Carindir saw this as a opening, he used the hilt of his battle-axe to hit the Bandit Leader across his face. He staggered but quickly gained stability once more. "SHOOT! SHOOT!" The leader shot another arrow straight at Carindir he flinched without thought and got hit again, straight into his leg. "RRRGH" He leaned down and grabbed the arrow, it was straight through his leg. "HAH! Got you... You.. Bastard!" The Bandit leader stood before Carindir raising his sword in the air, going to execute him, he thought for a moment, he knew he had some other weapon, he just can't quite remember where it was or what it exactly was. And it was staring down at the arrow that he saw it - His spiked gauntlets, he looked at the bandit leader then punched him in the gut while he was exposing it, he punched it again in a sequence the Bandit Leader stumbling back holding his stomach and coughing up blood. Carindir leaped forward and smashed his hands and digging into his own guts. pulling his gauntlet out Carindir could of puked at the sight of the Bandits intestines spilling out, he had endurance that's for sure as he tried collecting them and putting them back in groaning in pain and then puking all over himself before felling forward and face-planting into the snow.

Carindir looked at the bowman, he was pale turning around and fleeing fearing for his own life as well. Now Carindir had to deal with the arrow in his leg, he bit his lip and broke off a piece. Then pulling it out the other way as it would be foolish to pull the arrowhead through the leg again and opening it even more. Blood Splurrted out as he pulled it through finally, it was out. But he needed something to bind the wounds, yes, he knew their camp had to be somewhere around here.

Carindir stood up, his legs wobbling at this point, picking up his battle-axe shield and reclaiming his sword. Then he staggered through the snow towards where the Boy and the Bowman ran, they would probably salvage what they can from the camp then run away. He looked around for any sign of then.. He saw it, smoke rising over a small hill. He rushed over and saw a raided camp, the fire was put out recently and everything was taken, aside from the tents and barrels of food. He slid down the hill and to the camp holding his leg and examining each and every detail from it. He need to find something to use to bind his wounds, it seemed almost hopeless. He took out his flint and steel he crouched over the put out fire and started it again.

He leaned back against a log and stared at the fire and then at one of the tents, they were Four Person and there was two, Wait... He could rip some of the tents material off, he limped over to the nearest tent taking his short sword and cutting out a strip out of the tent and wrapping it tightly around his wound on his leg. He needed to bind his back too, but he had to lived with it, there was no one else here, he had to just keep it covered. He looked inside the tent, there was a few gold Miza's they left behind before hastily taking everything. He didn't care about them though, there was only eight, he wasn't poor he had a lot of gold.

He walked back to the fire sitting down beside it and sighing, the wind was getting furious. A storm was approaching, he figured he would sleep in the other tent. That he didn't use to bind his wound, just before the storm sets in. He still had time, he sat staring at the fire once more reflecting on the men he just killed. They weren't to much of a challenge, they didn't know how to use their swords and their moral was broken by the time he killed the second bandit.
