79th spring 512AV Midday.

Muggy, humid, and cold. Just one fo those days. Xi could feel his shirt starting to stick to him as he headed for the training field. Cold steel dangling off of his belt. the large axe on his back gleaming in a tiny ray of light breaking through the clouds. Xi strode into the training grounds, A small clearing amongst the trees, a small platform at the back with what looked to be a small statue of a man meditating, Xi took a deep breath he was gonna have to go to the healers eventually to get these sores on his legs looked at. They stung like all heck. Xi quieted hsi mind. With the break from bulls trainign he'd have to practice his weapons on his own, Xi reached down to his belt and slipped the hand-axe which rested there from it's resting place. Sliding it down into his right hand he stepped into the training yard. finding a good sized tree he started some basic weapon strokes, over head across down, reverse cross back. The small non leg moving strokes were good but not how bull taught him to fight. Though with his legs in teh state they were running was agony and even walking slowly hurt. So he'd have to practice on simple swings for the time being. Slamming the axe over head into the solid tree before him he grimaced as the pain of his legs shot through him again. "Gods almighty they hurt."

Gritting his teeth he leered at the wood and hammered the axe back into it forcing it to sand to attention out of the wood. Tisk tisk Xi, poor boy those legs are giving you pain aren't they. Well how about i take your mid off of them for a moment. Now to add to the searing agony of his legs was the fire like tendrils of liros controlling influence scalding and snapping at his brain. He gritted his teeth and fell to one knee fighting back the pain on both counts. Reaching up though he pulled the axe from the tree. His face still racked with demonic levels of pain. Reachign for the battle axe he'd slung across his back he held it in both hand suseing it as a prop to stand. He focused the pain and the anger he now felt into his weapons triked hitting the wood of the tree hard and fast. Chipping off large chunks of wood left and right. Heavy hammering blows of sheer pain and hatred release taking off the bark of the tree. Damn it stop. Stop trying to take over liro. Suddenly everything went black...Xi was slipping into his mind now. He leered at liro. The anger in him wanting to punch tbe bastard into the next valterrain. You bastard what did you do i was training. Hey dont look at me i'm still behind the glass you dolt. If i'd of done this you'd be pinned to the floor and be being held down by the very weight of madness around me. So don't pin this one on me. Then why'd it go black ? Frankly i'd like to know...After all i was having fun tormenting you. Xi was being slowly pulled back to the real world and that statue from earlier was now looking down at him. "y'know your an idiot for doing that. And besides you were swinging that axes in anger."

Xi blinked his mind back to focus as the words sank in, shaking his head some what wearily he looked out and over at the tree he'd just been hailing woth a lot of blows And saw his axe sticking out of it still. His head reeling with pain as he sat up. " You were attacking that tree like it was your worst enemy laddie. Still if you fight with raw power like that. I'd hate to see you fight a five hundred pound jamoura. You'd be crushed." The little statuette clambered off of him and let Xi sit up as his thighs exploded with pain once again. Breathing slow to try and focus the pain once again. han hunched over. Laddie your seem some what out of it... Xi looked at the little statue some wha tin disbelief od wha thee was talking to or what had happened. He groaned alightly and spoke in a some what low tone. "Sorry i kind of lost my head. That and my thighs are driving me crazy i was trying to focus on channelling the pain when...Well i sort of exploded." The little statue looked at him some what comically. XI ground his eyes together to try and make sense of what as happening. "Why did i black out? The little statue smiled as it spoke almost arrogant manner. "you got out of hand so i had to knock you out. This tiny statue knocke him out? Xi was intrigued...

XI stood up slowly his legs aching and screaming at him in rebellion. No good he was gonna need to visit the healers. He couldn't even run at the moment. He must have been wobbling as he strode to recollect his axe. The pain in his legs soaring. Taking a deep breath he picked the axe out of the tree before slamming it back into it. But more controlled this time. Let savage. The ne felt a small weight on his shoulder. "You got broad shoulders laddie. And seeing as your making a mess of a perfectly good tree." Xi sighed and spoke lowly and slowly. "I'm sorry i'm only doing basic strokes i can barely move my legs without pain. After i'm done here i'm going to the healers. The little statue looked as if it had sunk into thought. Then went very quiet and Xi followed throught the stroked of his axe, his large battle axe flowing with his arm and hip movements. Though he couldn't move his legs yet. His strokes were improving. As he was folowing up the speed of the weapon and feeling it's weight in his hands he could follow through with it. Then he switched resetting the steel battle axe on his abck and re pulling out the small hand-axe. Steel but powerful Xi's combination strokes were follow ups from his unarmed style. Sliding a gauntlet onto his free hand her began to try combining his unarmed prowess with a new weapon. Striking the tre and the following up with a higher placed axe hammer. Low axe blow to deflect and a high punch. Sliding his hand up the axes length he used the heel of it to smack the tree before driving his fist into it. Gritting and grinding his teeth with every small motion of his legs he noticed the small statue had leapt from his shoulder. The small statue had returned to the small pedestal where it had been before. The little statue was watching is every movement noting where he went wreong where he could be better, everything then the little statue spoke.

"Your failing because your letting your emotions rule you. Xi ignored him as the pain flowed back into him from liro. The tendrils of maddening fire scoring and scraping against the inside of Xi's mind as Liro wanted to burst free/ Well that was odd. A small talking statue? Interesting. Now about those legs. Let me take over i know how shyke you are with pain. I'll walk you to the healers and possibly pick up a pretty woman whilst i'm there. Nehehe. petch off. I'm gonna go sort that in a little while. After all i really do need them sorted out To be honest he really didn't want too. Having to deal with that kind of embarrassment...It would be an open invitation for liro to take over...Xi packed up his gear and made for the healers tent before the pain got too bad for him to walk. Then the voice of that statue called out after him. "Laddie before you go. That axe skill of yours is weak. When you fix your legs come back here. And i'll help you improve it. Xi cracked a small smile turning back over his shoulder and asking somewhat smugly. "And how much is that gonna cost?" The little statue of a man smiled as he replied with a rather chipper tone. Ten gold per training session against me with the weapon of your choice." Perhaps Xi would take the little statue up on it's offer, after all xi needed practice hitting a smaller target. And what better practice than a small hightly mobile and quiet statue. Smiling to himself Xi slowly hobbled off wandering towards the healers quarters to get the blinding pain of his legs sorted out.

oocSorry for the ultra crappy solo :/ but i just needed a point or two en each of the weapons mentioned to start doing other jobs >.<

As Ximal was walking toward the Injury Ward, he would feel eyes upon him from several directions. He would look around, the voice in his head surprisingly silent. He would then hear five dull thuds. Before him were three massive Jamoura, wielding thick, heavy staves. Looking around, he'd see two more Jamoura behind him, a Dire Wolf the size of a horse to his left, and a cute racoon that transformed into a naked woman, who was tossed a staff by one of the Jamoura as well. This was the Hahk'Shatara, and none of them looked pleased. The one that seemed to be in charge, walked forward looking down at the human.

"You broke one of the laws of our forest. You attacked that which gives life, which supports everything here. As such, you must be punished."

The woman walked toward the man, her body lacking much in the feminine curves, but made up for it with a lithe strength. Faster than Ximal's eyes could follow, she disarmed him of all weapons and gear, save the clothing on his back, and skipped back away from him. The leader spoke once more, "We will escort you to the Cages. You will spend ten days there for your crimes. If you behave, you will be let out upon 89th, your belongings will also be returned at that time. You will also be required to spend a full day after that time planting saplings from the tree you injured."

Ximal had no choice but to comply. He was escorted to an empty cage, between two feral Jamoura that were busy roaring at each other over dominance. Ximal's cage would smell of urine due to the marking of territory of a previous occupant. His wounds would be tended to during his stay in the cages. This was his home for the next ten days.

*If Ximal threads between Midday on the 79th and Morning on the 89th, it must take place within The Cages. All wounds will be treated by those from the Injury Ward during this time. He will have access to food, water, and blankets. He will be under constant guard and surveillance until he is released. After being released, you will be required to do a thread, solo or with a partner, your choice, of Ximal planting saplings.

A bit basic for my taste, but I had fun dishing out the punishment for chopping at a tree. Enjoy!
