The woman would nod slowly, her eye's straying over Ronar for a moment longer before falling to the open folder in her hand. From it she removed a single leaflet of paper and set it upon the desk, turning it so that Ronar could see the words written upon it, "Please look this over and sign at the bottom. It is the first of the official forms you will have to fill out and understand before your position within the Department can be finalized."

Serenity would allow Ronar the chance to look over the words on the paper. On it was stated the company policy, the list of requirements for joining, expected behavior within the department and further legal jargon that was little more than jiberish to all but those well versed in politics. All in all it came down to Ronar signing that he agreed to the terms of the contract. Once Ronar had finished reading and signed the bottom Serenity would take the leaflet of paper back and return it to the folder. Then from her desk another sheet of parchment would be found and the woman would set out scribbling upon it in a fine, graceful script.

"The department requires all who wish for employment to have at least one referral, undergo a series of interviews and fill out a written questions. Your referral shall come from me." She would cast a brief smile to the man before looking once more at what she was writing, "I shall send in my letter along with your applicant form by courier this evening. The Department shall contact you by message once they have reviewed your documents. This could take anywhere from a few days to more than a week.

At last she finished what she was writing, folded the letter and sealed it with a wax seal that rested upon her desk. Setting this letter aside Serenity would look up at Ronar, "For now that is all that need be done. When they contact you they shall also provide instructions for the rest of the process, as well as a date for your interview."Standing Serenity would return the folder to the cabinet, turning to look at Ronar, "Have you any further questions?"

Finding A Home (Ronar Bolbek)

Postby Ronar Bolbek on May 29th, 2012, 4:16 pm

Ronar was handed the paper, understanding that it was for him to sign that he agreed to the conditions of the job he was applying to. He did not read the document as such, but skimmed over, picking up on key points he needed to remember. When he was satisfied with the contract, he proceeded to sign it. Having lived a relatively sheltered life, Ronar had never really had to think about his signature. Deciding eventually to scribble a large 'R' and then trail of to the right ended in a curved underline. Placing a neat little dot next to the decorated letter, Ronar grinned, this would be his new signature.

He handed the form back to the woman and listened to what she had to say. It sounded like he would have to wait a small while, until notification was given, then attend some interviews. The woman was being a great help already, and now she was even writing him a referral. His first day in Alvadas was going very successfully indeed. Ronar only hoped that his luck would hold up.

Contented with the information he was given, Ronar smiled and told the woman;

"Where will said message be sent to? Other than that, I believe that is all I will need for now, thank you"

Ronar waited for the reply, then turned to leave, readjusting his bag with a courteous nod of the head. He figured he had best find some better looking clothes, rather than the pathetic excuse for clothes he was currently wearing. Just as he placed his hand on the door, Ronar turned back to the woman.

"One more question"

Ronar spoke, with a gleam in his eye.

"What is your name?"

Smiling half a smile, and nodding his thanks again, Ronar swung the door open and skipped slightly out of the door, touching the key on his neck and wondering on the delights the city had in store for him.
